Seen Amy at her Moor Lane,Crosby site a good few years ago Amy is a lovely girl,she makes you so welcome,I explained to Amy about my neck, shoulders and lower back being a bit stiff and sore and for the rest of the session she worked on my problem spots,and the massage was so relaxing and did explain i might be a bit sore afterwards,but I highly recommend Amy,the only problem I will have now in recommending her is I will find it harder to book another session 😂 Top marks to Amy 👍🏻👍🏻

I had a truly wonderful massage with Meesha at Mind Body Wellness. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. She explained each step of the treatment as she went along and made sure to ask for my consent before working on any sensitive areas, which I really appreciated. Mesh’s professionalism and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. I even asked her about other treatments available, and she took the time to explain everything in detail without making me feel rushed. Her knowledge and genuine care really stood out. This was my first massage with Aaron. Aaron was very professional and friendly and I felt comfortable and at ease straight away. His studio is a very relaxed and clean environment and the lighting and relaxing music was enough to send me to sleep. The massage itself was amazing, Aaron really knows how to hit the right spots. I loved the leg massage, I could have had 1 hour just on the legs!! After the treatment I was allowed to just relax a bit, and slowly wake up again at my own pace.

Absolutely incredible treatment. Calling it a massage would be a disservice to the level of care and expertise I received.

Word’s can’t describe how brilliant Yasien is. Analyses your body and focuses on what needs to be worked on and healed. I get the deep tissue massage and it has left me feeling 10/10 every time. Not only do you get great service, massages etc but you leave with knowledge on how to treat your body and how to look after yourself. Amazing experience as always! Many more to come! - couldn’t recommend enough.

This Swedish massage was out fo this world. Needed to get back into my recovery and this was a just an amazing way to start. I was in a relaxation Utopia by the end of the session.

Highly recommend! Yasien is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and welcoming and has eased the aches and pains in my neck, shoulders and back. He used multiple tools and techniques during the sports massage and always checked that I was ok.
