Lip Couture first opened its doors in December 2011. With its first entrants being the characters off TV's Desperate Scousewives. The film crew filmed owner Nicole Francis tattooing Gills O'Toole's eyebrows for national television. This aired in January 2012, which literally saw Lip Couture become a worldwide recognised salon, as well as educating people more about WHAT Semi-permanent makeup is! Fast forward to today to find one of the countries leading salons, with clients travelling from all over the country. Come and join in the fun!!
