One of the BEST deep tissue massages in Norwich (and I’ve had so many)! Amelia is attentive and present throughout her treatments and the pressure she applies is literally perfect. I have extreme tension, knots and stress that gets built up and quite stagnant in my muscles and joints due to being a therapist myself and also on my feet all the time. I left the treatment floating away - I felt like a new woman! I must also add that Amelia’s massage table/bed is INCREDIBLE! I was comfy from the get go. Would highly recommend and will be returning again. Thanks Amelia - you saved me today!

I had a great massage with Jack and felt so much better afterwards. He used just the right amount of pressure, which really helped release the tension I had built up, especially in my shoulders. By the end of the session my shoulders were finally able to drop and relax, and I noticed a big reduction in tightness. Jack was professional and attentive, and the whole environment was calm and relaxing, which made it easy to switch off and fully enjoy the treatment. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I left feeling refreshed, looser, and much more comfortable.

I was so comfortable with Trish, conversation flowed, the massage was extremely relaxing whilst working out some kinks. Trish was always checking that the pressure was ok and made me feel extremely relaxed. Will definitely book again and highly recommend.

Charlotte was amazing , truly the best massage I have ever had. Being heavily pregnant is so uncomfortable, but she made sure I was completely comfortable throughout and really listened to what I needed. The retreat is beautiful and welcoming, in a great location with easy parking, which makes the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. I left feeling incredibly grateful and relaxed. I will definitely be booking a postnatal massage!

I visited Jack for the first time on Saturday and had such a great experience. He was welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived, and we had a good chat about the areas I felt needed attention. As soon as he started the massage I knew it was going to be good – genuinely one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I left feeling relaxed, and the debrief afterwards was a lovely touch. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Back, neck and shoulder massage was out of this world! I have had lots of massages but i must say this was just wow! Very relaxed throughout and still managed to get rid all my knots without hurting me. Jemma is very friendly and I will definitely being booking again!

Amazing! Results of my brow wax and lash lift & tint are SO good! Katie is a lovely person, I felt immediately comfortable and we had a nice natter while I relaxed! I had a 75 minute relaxation massage with Charlotte. It was a birthday treat to myself as a busy, working Mummy. Charlotte was amazing ! The back massage and Indian head massage was so relaxing and the pressure was just right. Charlotte also did a facial rejuvenation and it’s hands down the best massage I have had. Charlotte just knows how to make you feel relaxed and stress free in your own home. It’s a perfect way to unwind and release any tension. Thank you Charlotte!
