There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. First time having micro-needling today, Hannah was fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable as I was slightly nervous, she was really informative and gave me some great advice for my skin I felt so relaxed during my treatment and really enjoyed the whole experience, I’ve already booked my next session and cannot wait, I know the results will be amazing as Hannah really knows her stuff, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin apart from Hannah 😍

I’ve been having my lashes done here for nearly a year now and she is amazing. Honestly the loveliest lady and also her lashes are hands down THE BEST! She takes her time and listens to what you actually want and every set is always perfect. Great customer service and for her quality of work she is more than reasonably priced. I travel from the other side of Birmingham to have my lashes done here as they are worth it! Thankyou!

Bernice is incredibly professional yet warm in her approach to the treatments she provides. Having had the same filler previously I truly feel that the care and time taken to explain everything was wonderful! I felt safe and my results were instant. I had an amazing experience at 'Cute Guru'! The therapist was super knowledgeable and skilled, making me feel relaxed. The interior decor and cleaniness were top-notch. I received the Lifting honey facial ritual, Apitox Theo Marvee, which left my skin feeling uplifted, clean, and with a reduces wrinkles. This spot is my new go-to in West Bromwich-thanks!

Hannah was fab, she explained the procedure and the procedure went well and a lot quicker than I anticipated. I was pleased with the result. I had poly nucleotides injection under my eyes for the dark circles and a combi brow semi permanent make up treatment. I’ll definitely be going back to Hannah for further treatments.

I visited lels beauty room and I can’t fault her work at all. It’s such a relaxing environment and her facials are so calming. My skin was glowing when I left the salon so I would highly recommend !

I had a course of 8 treatments for laser treatment which has been such a success! Each visit to Kyomi was pleasant, professional and informative. The treatment has worked well for me. The clinic is super clean, refreshing and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the KS Clinic.

Booked a lymphatic drainage massage due to swelling in legs on Friday. Magda was very professional, knowledgeable and expert in technique. I can honestly say it's the most relaxing experience I've ever had. The products used were pleasantly fragrance and left my skin feeling soft and hydrated, not at all tacky like some treatments. It's now Monday and I pleased to say that the swelling appears to have improved significantly.

Went for a facial, eyebrow wax and eyebrow and eyelash tint. Wow what can I say my eyebrows finally look how I’ve always wanted them to Lilly has done a fantastic job never had my eyebrows how I wanted them thank you Lilly I love them. Now the tint was amazing can really notice the difference Lilly also listened to what colour I wanted them and achieved it so happy. The facial was the best facial I’ve ever had Lilly really took her time and the treatment was amazing. Felt so relaxed during and after the treatment Lilly is a lovely lady and felt very comfortable with her

I recently relocated and have been searching for a new esthetician for my facials, and I’m so glad I found Hannah! Lilly is absolutely amazing she pays so much attention to detail and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I have been getting microdermabrasions for years and when my last beautician left it was a struggle finding a new one I could trust my skin with. On the first visit I knew I’d be back, I was made to feel relaxed and was given a response to all my questions. After looking at the difference in my skin this definitely got a five star rating from me. I have also tried other treatment by Lilly and all have been perfect so I have and would always recommend her to everyone.

Hannah is very professional , honest and friendliness. I had few service from her such as botox, under eyes treatment and million dollar facial which had good results.

I highly recommend the full body massage. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the massage was performed at an exceptionally high level with complete professionalism. Ms. Magda is an extremely warm, friendly, and kind person, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I honestly wished it could have lasted longer. I will definitely return to repeat the treatment and sincerely encourage everyone to take advantage of these services.

Just had my second peel today. Kyomi is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She really understands what my skin needs, and after trying other treatments elsewhere with little success, I've finally seen real results and have confidence they'll only get better. Highly recommend.
