I had the Signature Soul Cleanse Facial last night and I’m still glowing this morning! From start to finish, it was such a calming and restorative experience. My skin feels incredibly smooth, hydrated, and visibly clearer. The treatment included everything from a thorough cleanse and gentle exfoliation to extractions, a lovely facial massage, and a nourishing mask. I especially appreciated the holistic touches, like the crystal energy & soothing music. Highly recommend!

I had the most beautiful facial with Sarah. The whole experience was amazing. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The consultation at the start was so good – she really took the time to understand my skin and what I wanted. The treatment itself was so calming, I left feeling completely refreshed, glowing and with so much more knowledge on how to care for my skin from the inside - out. I'm convinced that Kirsty is a literal angel who delivers the most wonderful, relaxing massages and facials on the planet. As a busy mum of two who never gets to relax, Kirsty made this treat from some friends, feel extra special. I think I even dozed off during her treatment! I couldn't recommend her and Yummy Mummy enough. The treatments and the after care (thank you for the tea, cheese plate and biccies!!) were top shelf. I cannot wait to come back.

I had the most relaxing facial! My skin was in need of some TLC and my therapist knew exactly what to do. I had the deluxe facial and she focused on my areas of concern which is hyperpigmentation. She also gave the best massage while the face mask was soaking in and followed with a LED light. My skin feels refreshed and hydrated. Will 100% be coming back for another one 😊

When I arrived, Jenny created a peaceful, welcoming space, and the tarot cards she had for me were spot on! The facial combined deep cleansing with holistic elements like healing crystals and music therapy, which made the experience feel both grounding and rejuvenating. My skin was glowing afterwards. Sarah is absolutely amazing at what she does, I had the pleasure of getting a facial with Sarah last month, and treated my mother to one while she is visiting Sydney. We both felt so at ease with Sarah, she is so knowledgeable and the whole experience was just so relaxing. Our skin felt and looked amazing afterwards. Would recommend anyone to book in with Sarah she is one of the best there is in this business.

I had the Signature Soul Cleanse Facial with Jenny and it was absolutely incredible. The space itself is calming, clean, and cosy, softly lit with candles and warmed with an electric blanket, creating such a beautiful atmosphere to fully relax in. Jenny’s presence is soulful and grounded, and she brings such care and attention to every part of the treatment. The facial included cleansing, steam, extractions, a gentle peel, and the most divine massage for the face, scalp, and arms. I could feel the tension melting away and left with my skin glowing and deeply hydrated. Loved it!! ❤️❤️

I had such a wonderful facial experience — from start to finish, everything was calming, professional, and left me glowing (literally and figuratively). The treatment room was beautifully set up, with soft lighting and relaxing music that instantly helped me unwind. Sarah was warm, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand my skin concerns. She explained each step without overwhelming me with jargon. I will definitely return

I had the most relaxing facial treatment with Jenny and will 100% be returning! This is so much more than a facial! Jenny has thought of everything from a herbal tea to aromatherapy to amazing natural health suggestions to support my skin. I had the Mandelic Acid chemical peel and loved every minute of the treatment! The products left my skin glowing incredibly and are also natural. I walked out in such peace & I can't wait to go back. Amazing facial and special care given to me at 38 weeks pregnant. Was very comfortable and left the salon with glowing skin.

Mel is the best! She kept me informed during my procedure as to how my skin was tolerating the treatment. Very cautious and so knowledgeable.

I never expected my skin could look like it did after my facial with Sarah! My skin was plump and my stubborn wrinkles around my eyes were no longer deep and visible! Absolutely shocked! I felt so relaxed and Sarah has such a beautiful energy that I felt so rejuvenated after seeing her! My follow up personalised daily skin treatment has been amazing too, I can’t believe I have gone this long without paying more attention to this! Cannot recommend Sarah enough!

Sophia at Sojo was calm, accomplished and prepared for my treatment. A lot of pre-work and understanding on my ailment was done, before I walked through the doors. This was my first spinal flow treatment and it will now be my 'go-to' above chiro, physio and massage. What a wonderful and deeply connected therapy. Highly recommend.

I went for my signature soul cleanse facial, and I have to say that Skin and Soul Spa really lives up to its name! As soon as I walked in, I felt so calm and relaxed, and the atmosphere was just incredible. Jenny greeted me with a lovely cup of tea and some really meaningful cards (they were so spot on, by the way), and then she explained everything about the treatment and got started. It was so peaceful and she was so gentle. I definitely saw a huge improvement in my skin, it was softer and more glowing. I had the most amazing experience!
