Begin with a calming tea and an oracle card reading, followed by a double cleanse and gentle exfoliation to prepare your skin. Delve into 15 minutes of customized LED light therapy—choose from anti-aging red light or acne-fighting blue light. 

During the LED session, enjoy a soothing arm and head massage to deepen your relaxation. After LED I will apply a custom mask. Whilst we wait for the mask to set I will rebalance your chakra's with Reiki & Energy Healing.
