She’s always professional with all the up to date technology, make you feel super comfortable and is sooo kind. Since last year RB Clinic became my absolute go to place when I need any facial or body treatment to be done !

I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! They recommended how I should be looking after my hair and were able to tell me what I needed to do to get my hair healthy and blonde at the same time. The best balayage i’ve had in london - I travel an hour for this!

Brilliant experience, my first time going to Venera. I researched and researched hair salons in London and after seeing excellent reviews I was like 'i want to go there!' Venera for sure lives up to her reputation and reviews. She did a beautiful job on my hair, I am very happy 🙏🏼😇 and she also cares about the condition of your hair too, she is honest and genuine, which I really value. Wonderful team! I had gotten a pretty tragic haircut at a different salon in London and Sara worked miracles to fix very choppy layers! I truly couldn’t be happier with my haircut and balayage. I would highly recommend Sara and Venera to anyone looking for a salon in London. I will definitely be back!

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. I had a really positive experience at this SDL clinic. From the moment I walked in the staff were welcoming, professional and clearly knowledgeable. The environment was clean, calm and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The consultation process was thorough they took the time to understand my needs and recommend the most suitable IV therapy rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. A consultation for Co2 Laser - My Dr was kind patient and knowledgeable. I wanted to go ahead and just have the treatment without knowledge … She was able to explain further and guide me towards a better route of treatment plan, with which, I am more suited for and comfortable with. I was actually 30 minutes late and quite anxious about it, but they were so kind and reassuring, calming me down with a lovely conversation which I really appreciated. Rasha and Fjolla were absolutely amazing. I had a scalp and face PRF session and can already see noticeable results, my skin is brighter and clearer and there is new hair growth after just one session! The clinic is lovely and clean and the ladies went out of their way to make me feel comfortable as I was a bit nervous. They answered all of my questions in detail and put together a treatment plan addressing all of my concerns.
