Lovely massage. Lovely lady. Defenately coming back again

Lovely, friendly lady. Very experienced.

Really great! I came back again after a week because Mary really helped fixed a lot of my back issues. She’s so attentive to the areas which are tight and helps to loosen them up with just the right amount of pressure and care. Highly recommend

Relax, restore and support whole-body balance with personalised TCM-enhanced reflexology. Your treatment focuses on targeted reflex points on the feet and combines traditional reflexology with acupressure and meridian techniques.

We'll briefly check your main concerns before adapting the pressure and techniques to you. Reflexology can be especially suited to people looking for deeper relaxation, better sleep, support with digestion or relief from tired, tense feet. New to reflexology? We'll explain the treatment before we begin.

Relieve pain, support recovery and restore balance with personalised Chinese acupuncture. Our experienced TCM practitioners use acupuncture for a wide range of concerns, including ongoing pain, stiffness, stress, poor sleep, headaches and women's health.

We take time to understand what you're experiencing and tailor the acupuncture points to you, rather than giving everyone the same treatment. If you are new to acupuncture, we'll explain everything before we begin.

Feel lighter with lymphatic drainage massage enhanced by traditional Chinese medicine techniques. This gentle treatment uses slow, rhythmic techniques and targeted acupressure to encourage healthy lymphatic flow, helping reduce puffiness, swelling and feelings of heaviness while supporting recovery and overall wellbeing.

Lymphatic drainage works with the lymphatic system using slow, rhythmic movements rather than firm pressure. It's commonly chosen for fluid retention, post-surgery recovery and overall wellbeing. At Meditation TaiChi, our practitioners combine lymphatic drainage with their wider TCM understanding of the body to provide a more complete, personalised treatment.

At Meditation TaiChi, every session is enhanced by our practitioners' TCM and rehabilitation experience. If you're dealing with muscle tension, pain or feeling run-down, cupping therapy can help ease tension and support your body's natural recovery. At Meditation TaiChi, we combine authentic Chinese cupping with personalised Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) care to help you feel more balanced and comfortable.

Your practitioner will briefly check your symptoms and concerns before choosing the most suitable cupping technique, placement and pressure for you. Cupping may help relieve muscle tension and pain, support circulation, reduce feelings of stiffness and promote relaxation. It can also be combined with Tuina, acupuncture or other TCM treatments where appropriate. Circular red, purple or darker marks are common afterwards and usually fade naturally over several days.

Cupping Therapy

Start with a personalised assessment to understand your health and discover the treatments that can help.

Our experienced TCM practitioners look at your main concern alongside your overall wellbeing, including areas such as sleep, digestion, energy, stress and lifestyle. Your consultation may also include checking your tongue and pulse. We'll then explain our findings and recommend a personalised treatment plan, which may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Tuina massage, cupping or a combination of treatments.
