Exceptional experience. Dr Lalemi was prompt, precise and made the session beautifully efficient. Despite my fear of injections, the treatment was completely comfortable thanks to his thoughtful approach. I had Polynucleotides and my skin already feels firmer and more lifted around the neck and temples. Discreet, expert and highly recommended.

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. The clinic has a cosy, slightly makeshift feel, but it’s clean and comfortable. The staff are genuinely pleasant and put you at ease straight away. For my treatment, a trainee accompanied the senior therapist, who explained everything clearly. They applied conductive gel and passed the Ultraformer HIFU device over my face three times. I could see some initial tightening immediately, but the therapist explained that the best results come after 2–3 months, once collagen remodelling has taken place. To finish, I had a 10‑minute red‑light therapy session, which was relaxing and a nice way to end
