Loveee!! Carmen is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable. I am fully converted to waxing from shaving, and it only gets easier every session! This was my first time visiting Upscale Nail Studio and it won't be my last. The experience from start to finish was top notch. Everyone was polite, attentive, and the services were excellent. The space is very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. I had eyebrow shaping, upper lip wax, and a Lux pedicure. All were excellent. Neda and Aida both did an excellent job and I am so impressed with the service.

I love Upscale Nail Studio. They truly listen to what you’re looking for, which is honestly rare to find. The team is beyond attentive, extremely clean, and always makes the experience feel relaxing and enjoyable. The salon itself is also so visually beautiful and welcoming that I genuinely enjoy spending time there. I always leave loving my nails, and my 6-year-old daughter has come with me a few times now and absolutely loves it too. What stands out the most to me, though, is how carefully they listen and make sure you leave happy with exactly what you wanted. Highly recommend.

Heather is so wonderful! I've been to see her before a number of times myself but I took my daughter in for her first wax yesterday and Heather was great with her - explained everything, made her feel comfortable and of course did a great job.

I know Heather squeezed me in today , during her lunch time so I could get a half leg wax before my vacation. She regularly goes above and beyond!
