I had brazilian waxing with Parthena. I could tell that she is so dedicated to her work, and actually enjoys her work! It was fun talking with her while the job is being done. The result was perfect too. Zero hair left haha. Would definitely come back!

Very friendly lady who did my waxing. Sorry I am terrible with names. She did not press me to buy products but did show me some very interesting makeup.

I had a great experience with Nikki. She was attentive to my needs and did a wonderful job for my mani/pedi. She answered my questions about gel polish which I have never tried before and I have already booked an appointment to try it in two weeks. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The salon, itself, is lovely and immaculately clean and calming.

Perfect! As always. Upscale is my most favourite nail salon ever, the staff there are gems. I always get so many compliments after I get my nails done. LOVE.

My new go to salon ! Always the best service, lovely ambiance and their gel nails literally last for weeks and weeks ! If it wasn't for the nail growing out - they could probably last another week !

It was my first time at this studio & I must say they did an excellent job. The way they treat their customers is commendable. According to me, it’s a bit expensive as compared to other salons, but I think it’s worth every penny. “Nada” did my nails & she was so gentle and polite. I highly recommend this salon.
