The studio was comfortable, well air conditioned and I was offered a blanket if I was cold. The amount of effort put into the preparation was amazing. The girls spent a good amount of time mapping my new brows to get them absolutely perfect. I was very comfortable and barely felt a thing. They just put a little bit of numbing cream to help which was fine if I did feel a bit of the needle. They explaining everything to me and always asked if I was happy and double checked their work before moving on. I adore my new brows! Return customer here

The whole experience was amazing. Highly engaging and welcoming and i was immediately at ease with the procedure. The professional trainers were very knowledgeable, highly skilled and lead the trainees with confidence. The atmosphere was great. And would love for any future procedures here! Amazing!!

As always the best. Sam is so efficient , I can always guarantee she is on schedule and for a full leg , bikini, lip and eyebrows wax , all done within a quick time frame. Ellen has created such a calm and relaxing space. I love the new salon. I got my eyerbows waxed, hennaed and lashed laminated and tinted. Ellen did such an amazing job! I always feel 10/10 when I leave with fresh brows and lashes!

The whole experience was so great. Ellen was able to accommodate a change in appointment time and then was such a beautiful, calm soul throughout. She did a gorgeous job on my eyebrows; I’m so fair and sometimes they can turn out severe but even my very particular 5yo told me how great they looked and not scary at all 🤣 Great wax, eyebrow and lash tint and tidy. Thank you!!
