Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been working with Xenia for a few months now specifically on my calf muscles. I develop horrible knots in them and she does an incredible job relieving them. I also appreciate all of her advice in regard to stretching and exercises that I can do in between my appointments. The room is cozy, calm and quaint and feels like a world away from the bustling salon just on the other side of the wall. 10/10 recommended to my trans fam as well as far as being a safe space to get a massage.

Wow! This was my first ever Reiki experience but will certainly not be my last. Jolyne was so welcoming and made me feel relaxed and at ease from the moment I arrived. The session itself was amazing and I felt so stress free and peaceful. What a great location - right in the middle of the city centre but hidden upstairs in a perfect little haven. I felt as though I was miles away from the hustle and bustle of Glasgow. I would highly recommend Jolyne and if like me, youve never tried Reiki, go on. You won’t regret it.

Robb continues to provide the excellent level of practice that I have come to expect from The Physio Clinic Glasgow. I will continue to recommend their services to everyone in need.

This was far from my first visit to The Physio Clinic Glasgow but it was my first session with Louise as it was a last minute emergency following a sports injury. I was happy that she fits right in with standard of practice that I have come to expect from this clinic. Louise was personable, professional and very insightful. With her treatment plan, my symptoms have greatly subsided in only a few days. I would highly recommend Louise and The Physio Clinic Glasgow in general.

The guys at The Physio Clinic Glasgow are next level. Can’t recommended Arran or Rob enough!! They’re very knowledgeable and can’t fault them at all. Being in America I figured it would be a lot harder to get a good quality service since I can't be seen in person. This was not the case as both Arran and Rob helped me massively on separate occasions. All I am going to say is if this is the service they provide over a facetime call with me then in person will be ten times better. Thanks again to the guys here and I would 100% recommended you to anyone with any injuries or feeling any pain.

Arran always takes time to listen and fully review issues prior to making a diagnosis. He involves you in the treatment plan, checks on what resources/equipment you can access, the time you can commit and any other preference. Arron tailors your treatment plan according to your personal circumstances and clearly explains the reason for each exercise to ensure that you fully understand the rehab process. He clearly oulines treatment expectations and timeframes. At each review he builds on your progress. Arran's enthusiasm, energy and optimism always make for a positive experience.

Brilliant experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. Where Gav really shines is on the gym floor where he can apply his skills and knowledge to put together a comprehensive rehab plan tailor made to your goals and abilities. I left feeling relaxed from the massage but also much more confident now going into the gym and can't wait to come back next month to re-asses.

Gav has been brilliant. Very knowledgeable very passionate about his work and really goes into depth when explaining what's going on with your particular injury. Mine being lower back and he's shown me the particular muscle and he's explained where its all connected to and how due to the injury I've compensated and created disharmony in my bio mechanics. He's went above and beyond with the recovery programme and after 3 days I've noticed a massive shift. So 2 sessions with Gav and 3 days of his recovery programme am now feeling I'm on the right track to getting sorted and back to full training

Just had results of my MRI scan last month.Several issues but no operation Will repair all issues. Sent results to Gav and has gave me a full rehab exercises for my knee to get me back doing a little running and ready for hyrox in march if my knee is up to it Would recommend Gav for physio/ rehab etc .Has great knowledge and average patter.

I've suffered from a pain in my left shin while running and due to a heavy running schedule ahead I was worried about how badly it would stall things. Arran was really assuring and his confidence just made me feel very comfortable, knowledge oozes from him when he's going through the rehab exercises and there's no if, buts or maybes when he mapped out the road ahead. I know after our first meeting I'll be in a much stronger position when we're finished, even beyond what I'd of considered fully fit before today. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending The Physio Clinic to anyone!

What I really value about Robb’s approach is his understanding of both my injury and my sport. He listens carefully, asks the right questions, and gets straight to what’s limiting progress. His exercises are specific, targeted, and effective and all I have to do is do them. Robb also knows me well enough to make sure I don’t overdo it (which I absolutely would). Four months ago I couldn’t get under a squat bar due to an old shoulder injury; last week I squatted 165kg 😳 more than ever before. 💪

Most of my life is aimed around fitness and when i train it is always to the point of failure so over a period of time that has taken its toll on my body. Before i went in to Gav my body was stiff my range of movement while training was only about 60% so it was effecting to output and performance i was getting from the gym. After a 1 hour session with Gav i felt so much better and it has made a big difference in every aspect with the gym and my lifestyle. Not only has Gav helped me move forward with my training but he also spends time to educate you in what he is doing and the reason for it.

Excellent advice and overall experience as usual. My injury recovery has come along nicely under Robb’s guidance and is rapidly improving.

Sports massage was very good and all aspects of helping recovery had an impact. Advice on rehab exercises was also very good. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve had a very positive time on recovery from my injury with Arran. Rehab work has been great, very adaptive in terms of getting a plan that suits you personally , moves quickly but also isn’t rushed. Didn’t feel as if I was just given exercises and forgot about. Very attentive and encouraging throughout full rehab. Which a lot of physios of past experience have lacked majorly. Highly recommend physio clinic glasgow, 10/10.

Was in with gav. Very sore shoulder. After gav worked on me I had great range of motion and shoulder was feeling so much more free and relaxed. Cupping and instma scraping along with massage. He's gave me rehab exercises to continue my recovery till I have my next session. Gav made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Looking forward to my next session

I went to The Physio Clinic in Glasgow with Iliotibial band syndrome and with a weakness in my left foot. Robb listened to me and following some exercises and a follow up visit, he suggested that I see a doctor. GP confirmed it was perineal nerve palsy. I’ve continued to do the exercises that Robb gave me, and my visit today with Arran has shown considerable improvement and greater flexibility in such a short period. I’m really grateful for their professionalism and for showing me various exercises to help with my continued progress and improvement. Huge thanks to Robb and Arran.
