Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

Dan was amazing, had a locked lower back and needed urgent attention before going on holiday in a few days. Everything from the consultation to the various treatment I received in the space of 90 mins was nothing short of superb. We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

This is a mixed review. The massage was amazing. I cannot fault the technique and the attention to detail which is why i'm giving 4. Entirely for the massage. On arrival, the welcome was warm. I didnt have to wait long to be served and I filled in forms and then shown to my room. Wrong masseuse confirmed, room okay, odd smell where you place your head. Towel filled with loads of hairs. No introduction to the massage. I would go back for the massage but the hygiene level was low. It didnt match the quality of the massage. If they fix appearance and cleanliness. This place would be top tier.

I went to Bal too after picking up some marathon training niggles, and he was amazing! He diagnosed the issue, explained it all in simple terms, and provided great treatment. Bal was friendly, honest, and gave me exercises to keep things in check after my appointment. If you need a top-notch sports masseuse I’d highly recommend!

Had a great experience at the Cryotherapy Centre today. I tried both the cryotherapy session and the hyperbaric chamber (HBOT), and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Simon explained everything really clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and answered all my questions thoroughly. The treatments were professional, relaxing, and really well organised. Highly recommend to anyone considering cryotherapy or HBOT, especially if it’s your first time.

Bali was great informative and the session was great and thorough, relieved a lot of issues I had and was honest about not needing more sessions if I do exercises at home which I liked the honesty

My 3rd time... absolutely love it here !!

Already feeling relief after one treatment. Farah took the time to listen to my concerns about my pain and assured me that if one thing didn’t work, there would be another exercise that would. I felt completely comfortable, my dignity was maintained and it was great to have a friendly therapist who kept me informed throughout the treatment and I’ve learnt a lot of new facts about my body.
