We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

I went to Bal too after picking up some marathon training niggles, and he was amazing! He diagnosed the issue, explained it all in simple terms, and provided great treatment. Bal was friendly, honest, and gave me exercises to keep things in check after my appointment. If you need a top-notch sports masseuse I’d highly recommend!

Bali was great informative and the session was great and thorough, relieved a lot of issues I had and was honest about not needing more sessions if I do exercises at home which I liked the honesty

Already feeling relief after one treatment. Farah took the time to listen to my concerns about my pain and assured me that if one thing didn’t work, there would be another exercise that would. I felt completely comfortable, my dignity was maintained and it was great to have a friendly therapist who kept me informed throughout the treatment and I’ve learnt a lot of new facts about my body.
