I had my first appointment/consultation with Ryan, I have calcific tendonitis on my right shoulder and have been struggling for months. Ryan is very welcoming and friendly, he explained the process of shockwave therapy very well, we went through a rehabilitation program, I am very impressed with the quality of service and knowledge. I have booked another 4 shockwave therapy sessions, looking forward to getting rid of this problem. Highly recommend M20 performance!

Ryan has helped my teenager with a couple of injuries and his approach has been age appropriate, explaining how to best complete their recovery in a meaningful way. Great advice and treatment. Ryan treats the whole patient. Discussing mental health and resilience techniques to work alongside the physical rehab and work with a sports injury. My daughter is a keen sportswoman and Ryan has already made her feel more in control of her journey back to fitness. Top class professional as always. Wouldn’t take my family anywhere else.

Really happy with my overall experience with Ryan. I came in for insertions Achilles tendinopathy. I've now completed a 6 session course of shockwave therapy and I have experienced gradual improvement until 4th session and in the past 2 sessions, 5-6 I've experienced significant improvement and now I'm at a level where we are doing an injury assessment to assess where I'm at with my goal of playing football and other sports.

Incredibly knowledgable care. An injury that I had come to think of as chronic and that has left many a physio scratching their heads in bafflement was immediately diagnosed and I’m getting treatment and an exercise programme that are helping. I had more of less given up hope and now after just three weeks of treatment I’m able to run again. I also have an improved understanding of the mechanics lying behind my injury and why the treatments and exercises are helping the way they are. I am so happy to have found M20!

So another brilliant session for my teenager today. As a regional swimmer, rugby player and footballer he’s prone to doing too much and needing the team to help him put himself back together - but Ryan really is a consummate professional and his approach really is excellent. My lad understands and trusts Ryan’s advice and support and Ryan genuinely has a gift to treat the whole client not just their injury. Excellent!!

Ryan is excellent at what he does. He has a very broad knowledge of the body. He has a very good approach to enabling you to recover. He is also very enthusiastic and gives 110%. I always feel better after a session and more confident I can over come the issues I went with.

Adam is really personable and knowledgeable. He is in tune with your individual needs and makes practical suggestions for rehab and future injury prevention. His advice and treatment have been pivotal in getting me back running and stopping the recurring injuries I had.

really good - diagnosis, analysis & rehab exercises & stetches all in one session - fantastic & looming forward to redoing in 4 weeks to see progress...thanks Rick.

I came to Ryan with pain in my right hip and he did a full assessment and made a plan of how to get me to a place of reduced pain. We did 4 sessions of focused shock wave therapy which has worked really well. Ryan also gave me some great exercises and stretches to do. Ryan's knowledge and understanding meant I was given great in-depth guidance and support throughout the process. I felt listened to and confident in the treatment plan. Thanks to his expertise, I'm now moving with much less discomfort and have a clear path forward to eventually be pain-free.

So, I've gone from considering retiring from squash due to 2 years of knee issues to surviving 3 hard matches in a 24 hour period !! - this is all down to Ryan at M20. His expertise has taken me from gentle stretching/rehab movements, to more impactful strength, onto more explosive movements jumps & hops. His high tech testing, coupled with his rehab experience and skill, is continuing to support me & to exactly monitor my progress or any possible concerns - Outstanding - many thanks indeed.

I read about M20 online and the reviews were really positive I have been to see them with a plantar fasciitis problem I have now seen Ryan (young one) on two occasions and I am really impressed with his knowledge and treatment which is already reaping benefits after trying other treatments for 5 months.I have had shockwave therapy and been taught how to stretch.I can highly recommend M20.
