Craig has been an amazing physio, and I’m so happy to have found him! I’ve been to a few physios before, but Craig is definitely the best I’ve found. He has such a lovely, positive energy and is incredibly knowledgeable. He really takes the time to listen and understand what you’re experiencing, and provides clear, actionable exercises based on this, which have given me great results and ongoing support. I would highly recommend Craig to anyone looking for a great physio!

Louise did an excellent job rehabilitating my ankle after it got hit by a car while cycling. She gave some great advice and instructed me in exercises which helped it immensely. It feels much better now and I'm back to racing and riding the bike. Louise is also a lovely person! I highly recommend this physio.

Very greatful to have found Amira threw my sister, I recently took time off work as I started to listen to my mind and body, discovering what I need & this was it, I went for the Integrative Bodywork & Massage Therapy, they make you feel relaxed & we discovered a few things that my body was asking for, very excited for my next session when I book it in & I will be recommending this to anyone who may need it as much as I did.

Gavin is a top guy. Was top notch from start to finish. He took 2 mins to diagnose me and got to work sorting it straight away. Good chat also which makes you feel at ease right away. Ive now got a structured plan which allows me to still train while focusing on rehab for my shoulder. Would highly recommend in the future. Thanks again for today.

I had such an amazing experience today at Ark Massage Therapy. Andrew made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. I have PCOS and can feel self-conscious about my face being touched, but he put me at ease straight away. The massage itself was incredible Andrew is friendly, knowledgeable, and I learned so much from today’s session. I’ll definitely be booking in again soon 😀
