The spa experience was superb, however the afternoon tea wasn’t great. The cakes weren’t fresh, the eclairs were crunchy, along with others tasting stale which let it down.

We had an amazing experience at the gin spa, my therapist Henrietta was fantastic, and I would absolutely wish to have her again when I come next time. Which I will definitely be coming again! All the staff were fab and so attentive. The afternoon tea was lovely! All round a brilliant experience, thank you all very much! Look forward to seeing you again soon x

The massage was great, the afternoon tea however was really poor! We barely ate any of it! Have had packages many times at the gin spa and the afternoon tea has always been lovely but this was not great at all, everything felt stale. We won’t come back which is a shame

This day was absolute bliss! From entering the gorgeous spa which has such a calming relaxing atmosphere and lovely welcoming friendly staff, to the most WOW treatments from Henrietta (back neck and shoulder massage plus mini facial) I felt like I was in heaven. Everything was perfect! We the had a lovely refreshing gin and enjoyed relaxing in the spa before moving upstairs for afternoon tea. The food was very good quality we were very impressed. Everything was so fresh and delicious. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you gin spa 💖

Absolutely amazing! My therapist Ashley was so lovely and so talented! The facial and massage was gorgeous and left me feeling so relaxed. All other staff at the Gin Spa were so lovely. Going to rave about this to all my friends and family! Can’t wait to come back x

I had a treatment with Kat today and it was fantastic!! She was very knowledgeable and took such good care of me. Kaitlin met me at the door and showed me around. She made me feel so welcome!! I had the Blissful Spa package which is such great value!!! The afternoon tea, gin and Prosecco was a great finish to my day!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Gin Spa, lovely attentive staff and relaxing, calming surroundings. A different experience from a traditional spa with pool etc. but not the worse for it.

Kat was amazing and seriously massaged out my knots. It was amazing to see the expanded spa (not been in 4-5 years!) and the hostess for the afternoon tea was lovely. And overall amazing experience and the best cure for an uncomfortable night bus! Thank you everyone <3

Both my daughter and I really enjoyed our visit today. Can’t fault the ambiance of the spa or therapists - fabulous, but we’re a tad disappointed in the afternoon tea. No scones jam or cream as described on menu.

I love the experience you get once you enter the cocoon spa area. The decor is gorgeous and luxurious. My treatment room was the gin bothy and love the attention to detail. My therapist Henrietta was attentive, knowledgable and personal. My two treatments were just Devine and felt amazing. Why only 4 stars I had afternoon tea and this was very poor think the food was bought in and was served a colic gin when had asked for non alcoholic. The gin restaurant is no longer open and this wasn’t explained to me as now the afternoon tea is served in back area of reception

Massage was fab. I never feel like I'm being rushed in the Gin Spa which is lovely. Shame about the bar being closed again. There used to be take away options but seems like that has been stopped.

It's been a few years since I've been to the Gin Spa and the changes are immense! Never in my life have I nearly been asleep and Jane managed it! So badly needed! The team went above and beyond to make up for a little something missing that was totally out with their control and it was most appreciated. I have left and forgotten to tip so will drop something in for Jane asap. Lovely bunch ❤️

My second visit to the Gin Spa was just as lovely as the 1st! Henrieta was my therapist today & I would definitely request her in the future! The afternoon tea & service were fantastic. The only little niggle was, the area we were seated in was very cold, but I’d still give the experience 5*

A wonderful facial in a gorgeous space.

I booked the Total Wellness package with Meral including cupping, facial, reflexology, and reiki. The experience was incredible from start to finish. Meral is so kind and accomodating and the space is really beautiful. She is fantastic at what she does and I loved every second. I had previously only been for a cupping session before but after trying the facial, reflexology, and reiki, I wouldn't hesitate to book either of these treatments again. I cannot recommend her highly enough - the absolute best!! <3

I love coming to unwind to get my lashes, brows and nails done. It’s such a lovely space, very calm and relaxing (and clean!) Meral has such a lovely presence and is so so good at what she does 🫶🏻

The spa is lovely. Overall a very relaxing atmosphere, in the treatment rooms & the shared areas. Staff were very polite & my facial was excellent.

Myself and my daughter had a lovely day at The Gin Spa,we were well looked after by a lovely Receptionist/Admin lady. Spa treatment was provided by Amy & Ellis Marie-both were absolutely fantastic. Following we had amazing High Tea ,Prosecco and Gin of our choice from the menu. Incredible relaxing experience,definitely recommend it and we will also go back!!!Many Thanks to all wonderful team!
