After seven weeks of physiotherapy with Steven I am now back to pretty much full mobility, after not being able to walk properly due to a massive hernia of a lumbar spine disc that I suffered in December. Professional, respectful, great positive energy. Couldn't recommend his treatments and approach more.

Blissed out. Over the moon with this experience! Amira has a way of moving with you which is to me altogether new and such a blessing in disguise. Will undoubtably be back as often as I can be, even got sound advice that is ringing through everything now and reminding me where my feet are. Never had a massage where I didn’t flinch at some point and I was informed about every step. Had an intra oral massage and I could barely tell it was actually inside my mouth. Nothing was awkward at any point and I literally have never been so present for a treatment before. 100/10.

I had an incredible experience with Andrew that I just have to share! After months of hitting the gym hard, I booked a Deep Tissue massage to work out the kinks in my muscles, and let me tell you, Andrew truly delivered! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and inviting! The massage itself was pure bliss; Andrew’s skill and technique worked wonders, melting away all my tension. I've been going to see John Neeson at this physio for quite some time, every time I go I feel its a great experience I do the exercises in relation to the therapy provided, always end up back in no time, I would without hesitation recommend this physio for all your physical therapy requirements

She is very knowledgeable and intuitive in her approach and has helped me recover from 5 months of chronic back pain. She puts a lot of heart and passion in her work, and I feel absolutely safe and cared for in her capable hands and presence. Thank you!

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

Lots of attention and excellent hands on physiotherapy

Top man and great at what he does. Gav took me on short notice a week out from competing at a Hyrox and has put me in a better state physically and mentally for doing it.

Andrew was amazing as ever for our session today. We talked through the pains and niggles I had and he made sure to pay special attention to those areas during our session. He is amazing at what he does and will always recommend him.

Great experience, really listens to what your body needs and relaxing atmosphere. 2 hours feels like it flies by :,)
