I had such a beautiful experience at Mystic Holistic Glasgow with Steph. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a calm and cosy space that felt so inviting. Steph instantly made me feel comfortable and cared for. The reiki and sound bath left me feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and lighter. Her energy is so genuine and calming. I couldn’t recommend her enough and will definitely be back!

Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had such an amazing experience today at Ark Massage Therapy. Andrew made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. I have PCOS and can feel self-conscious about my face being touched, but he put me at ease straight away. The massage itself was incredible Andrew is friendly, knowledgeable, and I learned so much from today’s session. I’ll definitely be booking in again soon 😀

This was far from my first visit to The Physio Clinic Glasgow but it was my first session with Louise as it was a last minute emergency following a sports injury. I was happy that she fits right in with standard of practice that I have come to expect from this clinic. Louise was personable, professional and very insightful. With her treatment plan, my symptoms have greatly subsided in only a few days. I would highly recommend Louise and The Physio Clinic Glasgow in general.

Andrew is my go-to massage therapist. He understands the demands of performance-based work and approaches treatment with knowledge, care and sensitivity.

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

A Hidden Gem for Deep Relaxation 🌿 Had an amazing massage at Xen Therapy in a serene, beautifully designed space that felt like a true sanctuary. The therapist was warm, knowledgeable, and explained each step, making me feel cared for. After a stressful week, it was exactly what I needed—I woke up refreshed and light. Pro tip: try the jaw release! You won’t know how much tension you’re holding until it’s gone. Highly recommend for anyone needing a full reset.

Myself and my mum had the most beautiful and relaxing experience at our first ever reiki session, Steph made us feel so comfortable and explained everything thoroughly, which was so interesting and really added to the overall experience. This is the second massage I’ve had at Xen Therapy and it was absolutely fantastic (like the first)! I’ve just had a stressful move and my upper back and shoulders were hurting a lot and very tight and tense. Xenia asked how I was at the start of the session and if there were any areas I was struggling with. I told her about the move, what I’d be carrying, and she quickly addressed the problems. I feel so much better now and no longer have any pain! She also kindly taped my shoulders too.

The guys at The Physio Clinic Glasgow are next level. Can’t recommended Arran or Rob enough!! They’re very knowledgeable and can’t fault them at all. Being in America I figured it would be a lot harder to get a good quality service since I can't be seen in person. This was not the case as both Arran and Rob helped me massively on separate occasions. All I am going to say is if this is the service they provide over a facetime call with me then in person will be ten times better. Thanks again to the guys here and I would 100% recommended you to anyone with any injuries or feeling any pain.

So glad I stumbled upon Andrew on instagram. Extremely knowledgeable, welcoming and compassionate towards his clients and a master of his craft. Having fibromyalgia it’s difficult to get a good balance of technique with a massage therapist but finally found someone who delivers great quality and good value. Thanks Andrew had the best sleep almost pain free! Definitely be back soon.

It is always a great experience at Physio. John worked on my back and knee and gave me lots of extra tips to help my pain. I already have many exercises which help, which I faithfully do daily.

Couldn’t be happier with how the rehab work Arran provided went. From basically 4 torn ligaments in my ankle unable to walk which meant time off work to getting back on the football park 10-11 weeks is pretty amazing and feeling confident. Have already recommend the physio clinic to people and will continue to do so 👍🏻

Had a lovely wave and release treatment followed by the neck, jaw and shoulder release. What a lovely 50 minutes, felt so relaxed and sleepy afterwards. Really appreciated the care and attention Xen showed when tailoring the massage to suit my problem areas and explain why she was doing what she was doing, excellent therapist and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Can't recommend The Physio Clinic enough. Robb has been a lifesaver helping with my shoulder pain, which was bothering me for ages. Really manageable rehab plan and works at your pace which is much appreciated and super friendly too!
