Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had! The therapist was incredibly skilled and really understood where my body needed attention. It was my third session of the Ten Series. I'm booking the sessions approx. 3 week apart, which seems like an optimum schedule for me. In my experience, the effect of each session is not immediate, it starts to "kick in" a few days later, and brings numerous improvements that can be experienced for many weeks after. Just after two sessions I was feeling these positive changes accumulating. Rolfing is probably the most effective kind of body therapy that I ever had, and I just feel so lucky to discover the method that works really well for me personally. Thank you so much, Liam!

The only fault I found was with myself for not booking a longer treatment! I have an involuntary twitch which makes me reluctant to have a massage but the treatment I had today has me checking out the next availability to book in again immediately. Lovely, welcoming space and Emma is clearly educated and experienced in her role. Will definitely be back
