Had my first ever Colon Cleanse yesterday, after having four children and working in a industry that is quite stressful at times, it was amazing to see just only in one session how much toxins I was holding on to it was a relief to let it all go. Jamie my therapist was fantastic Made me feel so welcome and at ease straight away. Explained everything so well and had a good laugh which made things a lot more comfortable for me. Looking forward to my second cleanse today. I highly recommend A1 Colon Hydrotherapy to anyone with wants to feel amazing and be in control with their body. 😀🙏🏻🙌🏼

Bella is absolutely incredible. She has a natural intuition for finding every tight spot and can locate every knot without you even having to say a word.
