Visited Stretch in Glasgow for the first time and booked the full package – assisted stretch, sauna and cold plunge. Georgie was excellent from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, checked in throughout the session, and made sure not to push things too far, especially with my right knee due to an old injury. The stretch itself was brilliant and I genuinely felt the difference afterwards. The sauna and cold plunge were the perfect way to finish up, and having the space to myself made it even better for switching off and resetting. Overall, a great experience.

This was my first appointment at Stretched Glasgow. A great space and setup. Lewis was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Every stretch was explained to me fully. This is next level stretching that you just can’t achieve by yourself. Highly recommend, looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve been going to see Tina for massages and facials for years, she has the most wonderful calm healing energy and holds such a lovely safe space for all of her clients. She makes all of her own holistic products and guides you through a full body relaxation before getting to work on all your aches and pains. She’s incredible at what she does and I’m so fortunate she’s based in Glasgow!

I had a very relaxing bespoke facial that left me with glowy skin. If you’re after a gentle pampering treatment, then you won’t be disappointed. The arm massage was a nice touch and made it a SPA-like experience.

Absolutely loved my facial today, so relaxing and the glow is amazing! Karen is so lovely and professional and really creates that spa retreat experience. She noticed I held tension in my neck and spent time focusing on that and I can feel the benefit already. I had the full body lymphatic massage previously and that was brilliant too. I would highly recommend PureLymph for any ladies to enjoy some me time xx

I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!

Fabulous experience. It was my first time trying lymphatic massage and Karen explained everything clearly before, during and after. Despite being different from a normal massage I still found it very relaxing. I slept like a baby that night. The next day I noticed my stomach had gone down so much it was actually wrinkly 🤣 First time I’ve been happy about finding a new wrinkle 🤭 I weighed my self the following day and I was down 3lbs - in 3 days! Very happy with result but most important I feel much better. I’ll definitely be returning for another one post holiday ☺️

I had the best experience ever ! A lot of my clients and colleagues have visited unwind and all I hear is raving about how amazing meral is . I was not prepared for how relaxing and revived I’d feel ! I wanted to just stay and nap 😂. The vibes were amazing and I felt I could open up instantly! I highly recommend! Today was an amazing experience! We had the Japanese Head Spa and facial, and it was absolutely incredible. I can’t recommend Fern enough. She’s so professional, welcoming, and truly amazing at what she does. The whole treatment was so relaxing from start to finish. I had a lovely massage today with Stephanie. The salon is easy to find and got parked easily. Her room is beautiful and smells unreal 🕯️I have sciatica and usually find any type of massage sore but this was so relaxing and honestly felt such a difference afterwards. She was so professional, made me feel completely at ease, and really focused on the areas causing discomfort. I left feeling much more relaxed and able to move easier. Emily has been doing my nails since March and they are the healthiest they've ever been. My nails have always been prone to snapping which usually led me to keep them short but for the first time in my life I can enjoy long nails without any worries all because of Emily! I highly recommend Emily as a nail technician, she prioritises her clients needs and has created a very comfortable relaxing area 😊 Emily has a very good eye for detail too and has never disappointed me with whatever design I have asked for!
