Visited Stretch in Glasgow for the first time and booked the full package – assisted stretch, sauna and cold plunge. Georgie was excellent from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, checked in throughout the session, and made sure not to push things too far, especially with my right knee due to an old injury. The stretch itself was brilliant and I genuinely felt the difference afterwards. The sauna and cold plunge were the perfect way to finish up, and having the space to myself made it even better for switching off and resetting. Overall, a great experience.

First visit today at Stretched Glasgow and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. Amy was fantastic she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived and explained each stretch clearly as she went along. After just one session, the pain in my neck has gone. My whole body feels lighter, and I already notice a huge improvement in my movement. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been going to see Tina for massages and facials for years, she has the most wonderful calm healing energy and holds such a lovely safe space for all of her clients. She makes all of her own holistic products and guides you through a full body relaxation before getting to work on all your aches and pains. She’s incredible at what she does and I’m so fortunate she’s based in Glasgow!

This is my third visit and I am sure there will be many more. I chose to combine my stretch with a session of contrast therapy so I got to chill out in the sauna after my stretch. I felt very relaxed when I left. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone should give this place a try.

First time doing combination therapy and left feeling relaxed and energised. Staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was very relaxed. There are three plunge pools with different temperature. The ‘warmest’ is 7 degrees and the coldest is 3 degrees. I only went in the 7 degree one and it was pretty cold but managed to get in without too much grimacing and when I was in I got used to it quite quickly. Was very nice to be able to go straight into the sauna after, which was clean, well lit and a perfect temperature to sit in for a good while without feeling too hot.

I feel rejuvenated Looser More relaxed, mentally as well as physically. An improved me. The stretching was phenomenal and felt totally relaxed in the therapist's hands. The sauna / plunge pool was a great addition to an already great treatment. I will make this a part of my self help routine. Thank you

This was my first Stretched experience and Mitchie made me feel so comfortable. I have a hip injury and she always checked I wasn’t in pain while stretching that area. She explained everything she was doing and even gave me some stretches to try at home. I left feeling so relaxed. Would highly recommend Stretched and Mitchie!

My experience was ten ten banging Jamie was first class, he made me feel very comfortable and was very clued up on a things forthcoming and explained everything as we went in a very social manner , front door staff very welcoming, the sauna was brilliant, my first infra sauna, I totally underestimated the cold baths omg !! , but overall I felt great and slept like a baby last night ❤️

Today was an amazing experience! We had the Japanese Head Spa and facial, and it was absolutely incredible. I can’t recommend Fern enough. She’s so professional, welcoming, and truly amazing at what she does. The whole treatment was so relaxing from start to finish. I can’t wait to go back for the same treatment and to try some of her other treatments too. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Emily has been doing my nails since March and they are the healthiest they've ever been. My nails have always been prone to snapping which usually led me to keep them short but for the first time in my life I can enjoy long nails without any worries all because of Emily! I highly recommend Emily as a nail technician, she prioritises her clients needs and has created a very comfortable relaxing area 😊 Emily has a very good eye for detail too and has never disappointed me with whatever design I have asked for!
