One of the BEST Spa's I have been too. Friendly staff, excellent facilities and spotless. The extra for me was the ice baths 💕 them. Definitely will be back and would recommend to anyone.

Treatments were amazing, possibly the best b/n/s massage I’ve ever had. They can sometimes feel quite rushed but this was really relaxing and didn’t feel rushed at all. As always, I will return to parkwest spa

Booked an offer through itison for both my wife and for two express treatments. Making the appointment was hassle free despite having to rearrange a couple of times. Jocelyn was fully understanding and very polite. Upon arriving, we were made to feel very welcome. Next came the treatments... wow. When I say the back neck and shoulder massage was needed, it was really needed. Felt fantastic after the treatments. Staff throughout our visit were very friendly and bubbly and a credit to the spa. I will not hesitate in returning for some R&R ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a lovely relaxing time at Park West Spa. Stacey made sure I was warm and comfortable before she began my back massage. The whole visit was subwrb from start to finish. In fact, Stacey had to gentle wake me when it was all over! I've already booked in for next month 👍

waxing might not be the most fun thing you experience in your entire life, but laughing throughout the full appointment definitely makes it worthwhile! Jocelyn was an absolute dream, making me feel so comfortable for the full appointment and getting me holiday ready. I cannot recommend Park West Spa enough, and I've already messaged all of my friends to tell them to get anything they need right here.

Wow what an incredible place. My daughter and I both had massages, which were incredible. Afternoon tea yummmmm especially the cup cakes but the hot tub, sauna etc are knockout. They even have shower and hairdryer, straighteners, dressing area. I need back ASAP. Ladies u have to visit here xxx

Had both a full body hot stones and an hours Indian head massage by Caitlin and it was absolutely fantastic. Melted all my stress and tensions away. I’ve so relaxed since and I know I will get a great sleep tonight. I booked my next appointments before I left! Highly reckomwnt Caitlin and Parl West Spa. I had my first ever japanese head spa with Natalie, I was so relaxed throughout. I enjoyed the scalp analysis before and after, My scalp was very dry to start with and I could see a big difference at the end! I also got the most lovely facial and the hand and arm massage included was perfect. My next head spa is booked! Natalie is an Amazing therapist. Thank you x
