Caitlin is a beautiful soul with healing hands. My back massage was excellent, loved that there was a head massage- always sends me to sleep! Facial was great, my skin felt super clean afterwards. Thank you!

waxing might not be the most fun thing you experience in your entire life, but laughing throughout the full appointment definitely makes it worthwhile! Jocelyn was an absolute dream, making me feel so comfortable for the full appointment and getting me holiday ready. I cannot recommend Park West Spa enough, and I've already messaged all of my friends to tell them to get anything they need right here.

I had a lovely morning at the spa I got a back neck and shoulder massage and it was so relaxing both the girls I had were really friendly and made me feel really welcome into the spa. It wad my 1st time here today and I will be back again for some more treatments in the future .

Had both a full body hot stones and an hours Indian head massage by Caitlin and it was absolutely fantastic. Melted all my stress and tensions away. I’ve so relaxed since and I know I will get a great sleep tonight. I booked my next appointments before I left! Highly reckomwnt Caitlin and Parl West Spa. I have been to Park West Spa a few times now. Every single time I have left feeling amazing. As someone who is a larger person I sometimes feel anxious going for things like a massage and every single time I have felt completely at ease with every member of staff, I have never felt judged. Every single member of staff is a credit to your team, and I can’t wait to come back again for my next appointment.

I have just spent the day with Chloe at Parkwest Spa for the ultimate spa package. Well, what an absolutely amazing afternoon. Chloe was so lovely and put me at ease straight away. I couldn’t pick my favourite treatment as they were all lovely, but her massage and facial were amazing. Watch out for the hot boots and mits though! What I loved was I told her about my Rosacea just before my facial and she went out of her way to tailor the products to my skin. The attention to detail was lovely with my favourite snacks and prosecco. Would highly recommend 💜

Had to most amazing chilled day with my mum. I bought this voucher as a Christmas present and she absolutely loved it. We both had the facial and massage by Jocelyn and it was fab. This is now my second visit and the girls are all so welcoming and lovely. Will definitely be back!! X

I have been getting my eyebrows tinted and waxed for years by Natalie and would not trust anyone else with them now. She is always warm and friendly and works with you to get best results.

Fully body massage and facial were amazing. I felt so relaxed from the moment I walked in the door. Can’t wait to come back xx
