The spa itself is wonderful and such a treat. Amazing massages, really attentive staff and great massage rooms. Sadly I can’t give great as the service for the afternoon tea was rather substandard. We waited ages for drinks and hot drinks top ups, we never even got our final tea and coffee as it was taking too long. It’s such a pity because it is a fantastic facility and the afternoon tea itself is brilliant.

I've been to the Gin Spa twice and both times I had a lovely experience. Spa therapist Ellis has a warm, caring approach and we always discuss everything in the treatments beforehand. She is very attentive and applies just the right pressure. In the days after my reflexology and massage I felt invigorated and energized. Overall the staff are all very friendly and I feel welcome despite being new to the whole culture of spa + massage. Highly recommend!

This is my 4th appointment with Elena, each time has been amazing. I can not recommend the Gin Spa enough. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable with products & the environment is so relaxing. By far the best spa experience I have had, wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Highly recommend! I had the signature facial and it was a fantastic start to finish. Cal made me feel really comfortable, the space is calming and the treatment itself was unlike any facial I have had in the past. I left feeling very relaxed and pampered….a real treat!

Staff were lovely, as was my therapist, Erin. I had a really good massage. Afternoon tea was nice. The toilets next to the area where afternoon tea was served were not the best, however, I think there had been a burst pipe and this required to be repaired. The toilets weren't very clean. Overall a really nice spa

What a lovely day!!! We haven't been to the spa since pre Covid. The new area downstairs is LOVELY!!! The treatment rooms are big but yet feel intimate. We both thoroughly enjoyed our treatments today, with a lovely high tea that followed. Highly recommend The Gin Spa.

Fabulous 3rd visit to Gin Spa. Kirsty is an excellent therapist. Left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after my full body hot stone massage (and a wee gin 🙂) Will definitely be back

Had just the best massage at The Gin Spa - book d the botanical bliss package for a treat for myself and my daughter. My therapist Ellis was so lovely as was Erin my daughter’s and it’s one of the best and most relaxing massages I’ve had - felt so great after it and will definitely be back

Use Gin Spa every 6 weeks or so. The experience begins the minute you step in, lovely ambience and welcome by Rebecca. Have had different treatments and none have disappointed, all done with such care. Thank you Ellis for another amazing treatment today, you are such a natural and always have good advice.
