Probably the best massage I’ve ever had- a big thank you to the therapist Elle. Really clean and calm space, and feeling very relaxed & grounded after my lymphatic massage. Highly recommend, for both relaxation and restoring the body. Professional, relaxing, will absolutely be back.

I had the most wonderful experience at the Chakana Day Spa. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful and welcoming. Bought 'The Chakana' as a gift for my sister's big birthday. Not only were the staff fabulous to deal with, my sister (who has been in a lot of day spas!) rated it as her best experience in one ever. Absolutely loved my experience at The Heal Zone! From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and private—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I tried the sauna and ice bath combo, and it was honestly the best reset I’ve had in a long time. Everything was self-serve but super easy to use, and I appreciated not having to rush or share the space with strangers. The 70min plus 40min session was just the right amount of time to switch off and recharge. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful wellness escape in Avalon! Certainly coming back with membership. Thanks

Enjoyed the sauna and ice bath and was left feeling revived afterwards. Entire experience was wonderful aside from the fact that you find yourself having to shower up to ten times, every time before getting in the ice bath. This was a little annoying but all in all I had a good experience.

Amazing energy healing experience with Shayla! Feeling aligned, nourished and clear. Shayla is a natural healer, in tune and able to get your best self flowing. CALMM is a beautiful space … if you’re not sure whether to try energy healing absolutely give it a go.
