I always have a fantastic experience with Lucy! She is incredibly professional, friendly, and always makes me feel completely at ease during my leg and bikini wax. The treatment was thorough and almost painless! She uses the highest quality equipment and wax. Lucy clearly knows what she’s doing. Aboustly happy everytime , I go in the sun on Hoilday, swim in the pool and the sea, I wash my hair in the shower and my lashes are still attached, always look natural, when they are ready to come off they naturally fall off, leaving my own lashes on, very comfortable place, lovely biscuits and tea , won’t go anywhere else,

I had an amazing experience at 1111. I had a buccal massage, a facial, and an Indian head massage, and every treatment was excellent. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The highlight for me was definitely the buccal massage. I could already notice that my face felt more lifted and sculpted immediately after the treatment.
