This was my first time at The Workhouse and I got a little lost due to my maps taking me in the wrong direction. But as soon as I found the shop I was greeted warmly by Stacey waiting for me at the entry. Stacey is a very good beautician, it's always a risk when trying someone new out for waxing, but she made feel very comfortable even though I was full wolverine with my hairy self, she is efficient and thorough and a great chatter. of course waxing isn't always an enjoyable experience, but I was very happy with Stacey and she will definitely become my regular.

If i can give 10 stars I will, Sophie is absolutely amazing and talented when it comes to lash install and eyebrows 😍. I loved everything about my treatments from the comfort of the seat which is warm, to the blanket, the extra checking to make sure if everything is alright is top tier work. Do not hesitate she's the best in Folkestone 💖

It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

My first time at Radiance and had a great appointment with Jade who was really knowledgeable about electrolysis and Duetto laser for hair removal. Claire was great as always, she is very professional and very friendly too. I have been to many salons and it's not always the best experience when it comes to waxing but with Claire, you cannot feel any pain. I would certainly recommend Claire anytime.

I have been going to Sophie for around 7/8 years now, initially for makeup, she has done my wedding and bridal party makeup, to today having Russian lashes & HD Brow comboo. I am NEVER disappointed with Sophie’s work, she is such a perfectionist and listens to what you want every time. The environment is so cozy and relaxing too, everything you want and need from your beautician . Thankyou for making me feel beautiful again ready for my birth of baby 🤍

I always try and book a massage at Core whenever I visit my mum in Folkestone. And they always make me so welcome, and deliver the best treatments. I live in London where we are surrounded by places to get massages, but I have to admit that the standard at Core is better than anything I ever get in London. I am currently 7 months pregnant and felt like I had a little retreat from my toddler and home life for the hour I was there. Cannot recommend enough!!

Sophie is absolutely brilliant! I have been going to her nearly 2 years and have had such a consistently wonderful experience. She has done my lashes, brows and even makeup a couple times. Highly recommend!
