I’ve never been in a salon before due to stigma as a male and I gave a horrible explanation of what I was hoping to achieve. However, Masie was amazing and proposed how to go about it and explaining how it would look as I was worried about it looking too flat of a colour. I’m very happy with how it’s turned out, and I will be looking to book with her again as soon as it begins growing out 👌 couldn’t fault a single thing

Had my monthly tints and body wrap yesterday, it was heaven 😇. Alice was her usual wonderful self. Another relaxing and chilled visit, booked all my treatments until October, I think words out about Alice, she is super busy. Not surprised, she is my go too for every beauty treatment. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Alice 🙏🌟🙏

I came in for a blowdry with Kerry. Always a friendly and welcoming salon. Like home from home. Blowdry was amazing and I also came away with a hydrating shampoo as my hair is so dry and brittle. Thank you Kerry x

Such a lovely salon with a professional but relaxed feel. I always see Maisie, she is amazing with cutting and colour and always talks you through the process and what will work best for you hair. I can't recommend her enough.

Claire is the eyebrow queen! Makes me feel very comfortable and knows what to advise. Very happy with my new eyebrows. Having my haircut with Nikita is brilliant. She is so lovely and friendly and very skilled. The whole atmosphere in the salon is warm and relaxed. I left yesterday feeling happy and transformed and as if I had some proper 'me' time! Amazing hairdresser. Nikita was really friendly and welcoming and very skilled. I'm so pleased with my haircut. She listened to my concerns and used her expertise to bring life back into my hair! Lovely atmosphere in the salon too. Even got a delicious salted caramel latte!

I absolutely love everything about The Knott salon. It’s comfortable, clean and has the most wonderful staff. I’ve been using Nikita for a little over a year now and I’ll never change my hairdresser. She listens, advises and is such a fantastic colourist. She’s an absolute angel 😇 plus the tea is very good too.

Difficult to find with no street signage in place, and a name that is similar to another (now defunct) beauty salon BUT impossible to forget. Likely one of the best treatments I've ever experienced. Stacey has an authentic passion for her work & caring for her clients & has exceptional technical skills. The whole experience left me feeling like she was taking time to make me feel special, with treatments that felt heavily customised to my needs - so very different to the average therapist who just goes "through the motions" as part of doing a job for a paycheck. I'm booking in for more!

Alice is amazing and I go to her for all my beauty needs from massages to waxing! She is very personable and always listens to my needs, ensuring any beauty treatment I receive is outstanding.

I went for a Skin Peel & Hyaluronic Acid Facial Treatment with Stacey today. Stacey is such a caring and considerate therapist. I love how she is continually looking at ways that she can help her clients by training in new treatments to benefit them. You couldn't ask for a better beauty therapist!

Had a beautiful facial today by Stacey at The Workhouse. Luxury products left me feeling. Like a new woman Stacey has many years of experience and is an expert in all areas of beauty.
