My experience started the minute I walked in for my reflexology appointment. Very warm welcome, the temperature and ambiance was perfect. I had the warmest of welcomes and after undressing I led on a heated beauty chaise, it really was lovely to relax and listen to my body, enjoying every moment. I felt my legs finally starting to relax and I honestly felt so much better after my massage. I have booked again and will from now on put this as an important step in January 2026. 5stars

Beth is an outstanding massage physiotherapist. She listened carefully to my concerns and took detailed notes about my issues. Her technique was perfectly balance annd firm enough to be effective yet gentle where needed. She focused specifically on my problem areas with skill and precision. Visited here today for a post op lymphatic massage after having multiple surgeries at once abroad and was feeling really tense and needed to work on a few areas.. Sheree I think the ladies name was? She was so so so lovely and calmed my nerves as I was scared where I am very sore and tender. I came out feeling a lot more flexible and less tense! She is so so lovely! Such a relaxing and calming experience! I have booked in again and will be continuing to book in for weekly massages! 1000% recommend xx

I had my Super Deluxe Facial with Lorenza and I can not recommend it enough! The products used not only make your skin nourished and deep cleaned, but the smell is incredible! lets not forget about the fast that neck and shoulders massage that she did was amazing too!
