My experience started the minute I walked in for my reflexology appointment. Very warm welcome, the temperature and ambiance was perfect. I had the warmest of welcomes and after undressing I led on a heated beauty chaise, it really was lovely to relax and listen to my body, enjoying every moment. I felt my legs finally starting to relax and I honestly felt so much better after my massage. I have booked again and will from now on put this as an important step in January 2026. 5stars

Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

I was recommended Rina by a friend and have to say one of the best massages I've ever had in the UK. Had the deep tissue massage, and she worked on all of the areas where I've been having issues. Felt so light and relaxed afterwards. Definitely worth a visit!

It was a lovely session—very calm and relaxing. Sylvia thought of every detail, from a little box for your jewellery to a warm, cosy massage bed and even a takeaway tea to enjoy afterwards. Be prepared to be massaged from top to toe, slowly and thoroughly 🙂 I couldn’t recommend it more.

I had an 1-hour massage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean and welcoming. The therapist was professional, attentive and took the time to ask about any areas of tension before starting. The pressure was perfect throughout the session, and they really focused on the spots that needed the most attention. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less tense. It was exactly what I needed!

Beth was lovely as always. I had a sports massage in prep for my race and it really helped my body relax and loosen up. She’s so easy to talk to, really relatable, and always makes you feel comfortable. Thank you so much 🤍

Milena is absolutely amazing. I’ve had three lymphatic drainage massages with her, and each session has been exceptional. The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

I am not exaggerating that Rose is without a doubt the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She is friendly and gives amazing massages. The room is cosy and relaxing and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I hope Rose knows how good she is. Have a lovely Christmas and a lovely break.

The lymphatic massage was intense but relaxing and I immediately felt better in myself!

Beth is great! Friendly, professional and super helpful. I had a sports and lymphatic massage and left the session so much lighter and relaxed. Highly recommend!

I booked a 75 minute full body, face and scalp massage (via Groupon) and it was such a treat. The treatment room was cosy and relaxing, and felt completely comfortable throughout. The pressure was perfect, and particular attention was paid to the areas I'd requested beforehand. I found The Rainbow Studio by accident, but I will definitely be booking back in - I practically floated out!
