Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Lovely experience with Muryem for lashes yesterday. Not only was she ok with me arriving early she very kindly added on an eyebrow tidy up/threading since I’d forgotten to add it to my booking. I also saw some fantastic cut and colour customers there too.

Edina is so welcoming and does such a good job. I have been visiting perfect pear for the last 8 months and I would never go anywhere else. I have had some negative experiences in other places in Southampton, but never here. Appointments never run behind, staff are lovely and it’s clean and my wax is always perfect.

I'm very pleased with the service (eyebrows waxing and lash lift and tint) I received from Lorenza and I will definitely return. There's free parking (up to two hours) right outside the salon, which is very convenient. The booking process was very simple.

Leigha is amazing. I always go to her for the eyebrow lamination, eyelash curl, and tinting. This time went for the mini facial with dermaplaining and it was amazing! All the products are gorgeous and Leigha is so good at the treatments. Forever my favourite. Will keep coming back ! Thank you !

From the moment I arrived, she was fully present and focused on me no distractions, just genuine care and attention. She made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process, taking time to listen to what I wanted and offering great advice based on my face shape. Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! I always feel so welcome as soon as I walk in through the door. Hollie is so lovely and friendly. I always love leaving refreshed and pampered after having my brows and lashes done. I wouldn't trust anyone else with them! Thankyou Hollie! :)

Best brow shape and tint, performed by an extremely professional person, well educated in all things aesthetics and beauty. I rate Marta very highly.

I had a great experience today at Bita. I came in with long curly hair and got a nice short cut with bangs. The hairdresser was lovely and also offered me coffee and a snack. I don't know much about hair but she taught me how to blow-dry it and what product to use to avoid fuzzy hair at the top. I also got eyebrows threaded, wasn't painful. Will come back!

Lovely to spend some time with Yuksel and Chloe. Got my colour correct in the end, lovely cut and finish, as usual, then promptly ruined by the wind and rain, when I left. Never mind. Happy Christmas to you both. See you in the New Year x

Jordana is honestly the best. I never tend to return to the same place but ive been going here consistently for over a year now and will happily continue to travel to Southampton for this. The facials are great, I feel I'm actually getting my money's worth rather than paying someone £££ to apply some cream to my face - my skin has improved lots with Jordana and she gives great advice. The travel stories and the laughs are also a massive bonus!

Went for a new colour and Kaci was amazing the entire way fully explained to me what my colour was going to look like the maintanace it will need and explained the process of going back to my original colour if this one doesn’t work out❤️Completely transparent about the whole process and absolutely smashed it❤️❤️!!
