I’ve been coming here since I was a university student at University of Manchester. For two years, when I started working, I would take a train from London to Manchester just to get my brows and underarms done here. I always show a picture and get the result I want. The business owner and his team are fantastic. I can’t wait to see this become a beauty empire. I’ve moved again and I’m still catching trains just to come here. I’ll always be a loyal client, even refusing to do my brows months at a time unless it’s by Robbie. A human owned business that loves their clients. Can’t beat it!

I booked a lymphatic drainage massage with Katie to help manage histamine intolerance and mast cell activation syndrome symptoms on holistically. Katie is lovely and very professional she talked me through the process and explained how the massage would work, how I would feel then gave tips for after care. The massage was very gentle and soothing which was what my body needs. I felt very relaxed when I got home and slept really well whereas other massages like deep tissue and Swedish have left me feeling stimulated and very sore the next day.

I’ve just had my second massage with Lee and it was absolutely fantastic! The amount of pressure was perfect – firm yet relaxing – and really worked out all the tension. The environment in the centre of the city is calm and welcoming, making it easy to switch off from the hustle and bustle outside. Lee was respectful throughout, creating a professional and comfortable experience. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated – #trulyblissful. Highly recommend!

Incredibly relaxing experience. The constant flow of lomi lomi strokes really keeps me engaged and aware. It's almost meditative. Can't recommend Lee enough. I've had two massages so far, and hopefully many more.

This was a fabulous treatment. I had the Not a Facial facial. I was already interested in lymphatic drainage but this goes so much further with deep tissue massage of the facial muscles and clearing lymph flow around the body. It is very relaxing and I immediately had feel good vibes after. Will be doing again for sure. Diana is knowledgeable and a lovely lady. You are in good hands.

I arrived late to see sadz as I’m not use to the Manchester, but she was extremely accommodating and was still able to see for my booking. She was ultra professional and kind and reassuring. I’ve only been able to give her 5 because this is the maximum score whereas she really deserves 100 out of 10. My massage was very thorough and very good, although pressure was applied Chloe always checked that it wasn't too much , the heat applied was also very comfortable and really relaxing, after just 30 mins I felt really relaxed and my back was much better in moving around, yes I very much recommend her

I have been going to Diana every 4-6 weeks for a year now and I can honestly say, it's become the highlight of my month! This is not just any face massage, it's a total experience, and an amazing experience at that. Superb experience with Chloe who performed a sports massage on me. I have had sports massages before, yet Chloe is superior. The reasons why are 1) the way she moves your body / limbs whilst massaging 2) the technique she uses to isolate specific muscles due to her knowledge of the anatomy and insight into body conditioning / mobility and overall health and fitness 3) She blended the excruciating pressure (which I asked for) with hot stones to help soothe the muscles. Chloe is attentive and provides an individualised approach. You don’t feel she is just going through the motions.

This was an amazing facial treatment like none I’ve ever had before. Diana used careful, gentle but firm massage techniques which was very effective at lifting my features by lymphatic drainage. It was also extremely relaxing and I’m pretty sure I fell asleep a couple of times! I highly recommend Diana, she made me feel totally comfortable and confident in her experienced hands. I will definitely be keeping these treatments going as I can definitely see a difference already!
