I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. At one point I couldn’t even lift my elbow to shoulder height After one 90-minute Performance Recovery Sports Massage, she found it straight away and released it 24 hours later I’ve got full range of movement back. Megan makes every effort to make your treatment relaxing, and tailors it to what you need. I had such an amazing firm back neck and shoulder massage finished off with a scalp and jaw massage. I never wanted it to end. Thanks Megan for a fantastic massage on my birthday it was just what I needed.

Today’s facial was wonderful. I felt rejuvenated afterwards and so, so relaxed. Megan instinctively knows where to massage shoulders, neck and head for maximum benefit. I can’t recommend a facial with Megan enough. You would thoroughly enjoy it.

the treatment I had from Chris was excellent. He is exceptional at what he does, a natural at massage. He also takes the time to ask how things are going day to day to check that life is going well in general. He cares about his clients which is a huge plus point.

Kerry gave me a 1 hour and 30 minute deep tissue sports massage, and I was really impressed. She explained the reasons for my pain and eased it by releasing trigger points. She also recommended I see an osteopath and was more helpful than any GP I’ve seen. I finally felt understood, not dismissed, and I slept so well after the massage. I highly recommend her. She helped me understand the connection between my overall body pain and my diagnoses, including endometriosis, hypermobility, scoliosis, and a slipped disc.

I had the most amazing hot stone massage from Emma on this frosty morning. Just what was needed. Pure relaxation from start to finish!
