Cathy, was very friendly and welcoming and did an amazing bespoke massage using hot stones, deep tissue and cupping. Worked on my aches and pains round my shoulders and still made the rest of the treatment relaxing was nice and toasty. Hate being cold when having a massage and have re booked!

Wonderful therapy as always today. Had an adaption to my usual routine with a facial massage at the end using Gua Sha. Never been a fan of facials or massage in that area as they’ve all been a bit meh, but this has converted me. Completely different to anything before and I’m definitely glad I’ve booked in for a full facial soon. Cupping and massage as alway was excellent, just don’t know how I’m going to survive 23 days until my next 😭

It was interesting and informative. I shall continue with strengthening exercises. I have nearly achieved my goal to be able to do all the activities again as before the back injury.

I had the master of Definition (Oran) to do my top up and he lived up to my nickname for him. He was absolutely brilliant. Explained everything felt really at ease with him. Couldn’t recommend all of the clinicians at Definition more they are all amazing!!

Oran is THE BEST. His technique is unmatched. The man really knows what he’s doing. This was my second time going for my lip filler and so so happy with the results. I live in London and he’s worth traveling for
