After 6+ weeks of back pain following a fall, I found relief with Chris. My previous virtual physio focused on strength exercises without success - not wrong, just didn't work for me. Chris immediately identified that my muscles were in spasm, still "remembering" the trauma. Using neurological techniques, he released my clenched muscles in one session, providing immediate relief. His expertise in how trauma affects muscle memory made all the difference. Now I can finally begin to heal. Highly recommend Chris for anyone with persistent muscle pain, especially after injuries.

I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. Such a great local gym, particularly if you’re less confident and want to avoid the crowds. All the PTs are really lovely, and Becca in particular has helped me understand my body so much better with her holistic approach to health and fitness. I’ve been having PT sessions here consistently for over a year and I’m feeling so much stronger, fitter and generally happier as a result! I've been seeing Chris for various aches and pains over the last 10 years and i'm always happy with the advice and treatment I receive based on his vast knowledge and experience.
