Sophia at Sojo was calm, accomplished and prepared for my treatment. A lot of pre-work and understanding on my ailment was done, before I walked through the doors. This was my first spinal flow treatment and it will now be my 'go-to' above chiro, physio and massage. What a wonderful and deeply connected therapy. Highly recommend.

Wow, just wow. With Aya you’re getting a true 2-for-1: a massage therapist with the anatomical expertise of a physiotherapist. I had a few stubborn tight spots and barely needed to explain anything—once I mentioned the areas, she knew exactly where to go. Because of her physio background, she can feel even the smallest fibres and release them with precision. What a treat! The Udwarthanam therapy I received was nothing short of transformative. The therapist was amazing. She applied the dry herbal powder with rhythmic, upward strokes that instantly awakened my senses and activated a deep internal energy. I could literally feel stagnant energy being swept away. I left feeling lighter, rebalanced, and completely re-energized. It’s an experience I’d recommend to anyone looking to reset from the inside out. I will re_book again.

Mr Koji is an excellent massage therapist. I appreciate the way that he explains what he is doing as he works his way through each muscle group, and why he is taking that approach. He personally tailors each session to the needs of the client and you feel the difference in between sessions. Remedial massage is an incredibly intense experience and I would strongly recommend Mr Koji to anyone who is interested in exploring this kind of therapy.

I recently had a cupping and deep tissue massage session, and it was fantastic! The therapist was able to pinpoint the tight areas and worked wonders to release the tension. Based on my experience, Pansuk Thai Massages have consistently very good quality massages, even if you end up with different massage therapists. Today's 90min deep tissue massage was one of the best ones I've ever had, and I've had quite a few over the years. The pressure applied was perfect and the therapist checked a couple of times that the pressure is still fine. She also managed to treat a couple of areas around my shoulder that normally are not massaged or get only limited attention. Thank you Minnie!

If you haven’t given these treatments a go, you’re missing out! I’ve never felt better. The Oxygen Therapy cleared up my blocked sinuses, and I’m finally getting a great night’s sleep. It was my first time trying these therapies and I must say the oxygen therapy stood out as I was more relaxed during the day and fell asleep quite quickly at night. The staff also encouraged me to try the cryo chamber for 2 minutes which is a new record. Super-Young is a must try experience.
