Upon arrival, I was told the stylist i was booked with was not available due to unforseen circumstances, at 1st I was not happy but Jessica stepped in immediately making me feel comfortable with her friendly demeanor. I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

My son struggles with going to the barber and has been to Kelly a few times now. He needed a haircut, he was starting to look untidy and I said "okay, are we going to the barber or aunty Kelly?", he chose aunty Kelly because she's also gentle with him. Thank you, Kelly!

This was my second visit to the salon with Cheryl. Firstly the owner Miranda is so friendly it's like speaking to a friend. Then there's the stylist Cheryl she is amazing and she made me feel very comfortable I just chatted away and she joined in I loved that and my hair style. Do go it's with every second.

Honestly such an amazing experience! Bronwyn really put the work in to restore my faith in a stylist. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a magnificent experience at a salon before. The staff is super sweet. Received the best wash of my life. There was a bit of a wait between my wash and when someone started on my hair and I wasn't placed with the person I booked with which felt a bit disorganised, but the hairdresser did a wonderful job.
