I was happy with the service overall. She was kind, friendly and had a lovely smile. I appreciated that she had been informed about my usual preferences. For the future, I would suggest a little more communication during the appointment. I wasn’t asked about the length or shape, and afterwards I noticed that some nails were shorter than others. It’s not a major issue, but a quick check-in could have avoided this. As a regular customer, I really appreciate the team, so this is simply constructive feedback. She was lovely, and I would be happy to return.
