So glad I found The Glow Room, Lucy is the most loveliest and beautiful person ever she made me feel so comfortable with my skin even though it’s a big insecurity of mine and listen to all of my concerns and was honest about what treatments would work best for my skin and reassured me to trust the process and I’m really glad I did as I’m now on my 4th microneedling session and seen a huge improvement in my skin.

I am doing my microneedling session with Selina. This was my second session and I can already see the results. Selina was good on explaining the after care. I found her very helpful and knowledgeable. The location is in quiet and very relaxing which is much needed. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, professional skincare treatment.

Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

Had a fantastic experience. Selina explained everything to me in great detail and I felt very relaxed and confident. Was nervous about the micro needling but Selina talked me through every detail before and during the process. Have walked away very happy and feeling confident about my next appointment.

I’ve been going to Selina for the last year and for the last few months I’ve been having micro needling and my skin has never looked so good in fact it’s so good I’ve stopped wearing makeup. I love the fact that you can purchase the products that Selina uses and the advice she gives is so honest. Selina has a real passion for her profession. I love my me time with Selina.

This is my second visit and there is no doubt that I will be returning. I had a micro needling treatment and my skin has never felt or looked better. For someone in my mid forties I’m definitely seeing the signs of aging and the treatment has given me a lovely youthful glow!

I contacted Lauren again recently to ask for the best treatment for skin discolouration and blemishes. I have previously been to Lauren for treatments and products for my eczema prone skin. Lauren suggested I started with a chemical peel and micro needling. As usual she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lauren regularly checked that I was happy with the pressure applied throughout the process. I had both treatments on Thursday and my skin is visually looking a lot more fresh, taught and clear. I’m very pleased with the results and have booked in for a dermaplane for next month.

I recently had my first session of microneedling with Selina. From the moment I arrived, I felt so comfortable, relaxed and that my skin concerns were being looked after. Selina is extremely warm, professional and extremely gentle with my skin during the microneedling process. My skin is healing well and I’m looking forward to booking my next session soon ✨
