So glad I found The Glow Room, Lucy is the most loveliest and beautiful person ever she made me feel so comfortable with my skin even though it’s a big insecurity of mine and listen to all of my concerns and was honest about what treatments would work best for my skin and reassured me to trust the process and I’m really glad I did as I’m now on my 4th microneedling session and seen a huge improvement in my skin.

Love this place! I’ve had such a good experience here. I’ve had a really good facial and have already been back 3 more times since☺️ I only recently moved to the area and I’m so glad I found this gem 💎 I started using the products she recommended and I’ve genuinely seen a big improvement in my skin. It looks healthier and feels so much better. She really knows her stuff and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. The space is lovely too, super peaceful and relaxing which just makes the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend if you’re looking after your skin ✨

Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

Gem is a very professional multitalented beautician. Most beauticians don’t do waxing or other therapies, whereas she covers all sorts of things in a professional manner such as intimate waxing, eyebrows, manicures and pedicures, massage, etc. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she’s totally the best and she’s also a lovely person and such fun to talk to. Another incredible treatment with Lucy, I have been having regular facials for the last few years and my skin is just getting better and better.
