So glad I found The Glow Room, Lucy is the most loveliest and beautiful person ever she made me feel so comfortable with my skin even though it’s a big insecurity of mine and listen to all of my concerns and was honest about what treatments would work best for my skin and reassured me to trust the process and I’m really glad I did as I’m now on my 4th microneedling session and seen a huge improvement in my skin.

Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

As always Lucy works her magic ✨ My skin feels amazing and is absolutely glowing after microneedling and dermaplaning! The treatments left my face so smooth, bright, and refreshed! highly recommend!

I had an amazing treatment with Lauren, honestly my skin feels and looks so good, super fresh & glowing! I had a dermaplane & chemical peel, Lauren knew exactly what the right products were to use to help target the current outburst of spots on my face and they’ve already gone just two days later! I felt incredibly comfortable around her and we were chatting away the entire time, it was a lovely treatment and I can’t wait to book back in for more!

My skin was in the middle of an angry flare up so we couldn’t do the planned Gold Dermaplane I had booked. Instead Lauren used this amazing contraption that zapped my angry spots and followed up with a chemical feel. It’s the following day and my skin is calm, the spots and bumps have started to disappear. My skin looks and feels so much better! Thank you Lauren x

I contacted Lauren again recently to ask for the best treatment for skin discolouration and blemishes. I have previously been to Lauren for treatments and products for my eczema prone skin. Lauren suggested I started with a chemical peel and micro needling. As usual she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lauren regularly checked that I was happy with the pressure applied throughout the process. I had both treatments on Thursday and my skin is visually looking a lot more fresh, taught and clear. I’m very pleased with the results and have booked in for a dermaplane for next month.

Pip is fantastic! My eyelashes look amazing, she listened to what I wanted and got it spot on 😀 She is so knowledgeable and very professional. I will be going to visit Pip again.
