Set up payments as a company
Get your business set up with Fresha payments quickly and easily. Whether you're a private limited company, limited liability company, or another incorporated entity, learn the process of applying as a company.
Getting started
If you’re a company owner with a business bank account, you can apply for Fresha payments as a company. While you can save your progress as you go, it’s helpful to have the following documents ready:
- Proof of identification in the company owner’s name or a company representative’s name (someone authorized to make decisions and sign on behalf of the business).
- Proof of banking in the company’s name, showing the full account number, account holder name, and bank logo. Alternatively, provide an official bank letter confirming ownership of the business account.
- Company registration documents displaying the full legal entity name, company registration number, and business address.
Confirming your account type
When setting up Fresha payments as a company, the correct account type will be automatically selected, indicating that your business is a registered legal entity separate from its owners (e.g., Ltd, LLC, CIO).
If this doesn’t match your situation, you can switch to the correct account type, such as sole trader or freelancer, by selecting the Account type tab.
