Enable optional full pre-payments
Learn how to give clients the option to pay for their full appointment at the time of booking.
How optional full pre-payments work
When a client books online, they'll see an additional option to pay their full appointment amount upfront, ideal for those booking ahead or purchasing an appointment as a gift.
This works alongside your existing payment policy, and clients can choose to pay in full or continue with your standard payment policy requirements.
Enable optional full prepayments
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Settings.
- Click on the Payments category to manage your payment policy.
- Enable the toggle to give clients the option to pay in full before their full appointment.
Once enabled, your clients will have the option to pay for their full appointment in advance. To disable this option, follow the same steps.
