Archive and delete services and packages
Keep your service menu clean while retaining services you might want to bring back later. Learn how to permanently delete services and packages or archive them for a potential return.
Getting started
Keeping your service menu current ensures that clients can easily find and book the treatments they’re looking for. You may need to archive or delete services for many reasons. Before taking these actions, we recommend:
- If you’re a team member, request permission to access Services.
Archiving services and packages
Temporarily archive services and packages that are not currently in use or unavailable to clients, such as seasonal services.

To archive a service or package:
- Open the Catalog and select Service menu.
- Click on the three dots next to the relevant service or package and select Archive.
- Select Archive to reconfirm.
To archive a service or package:
- Open the Catalog and select Service menu.
- Tap on the three dots next to the relevant service or package and select Archive.
- Select Archive to reconfirm.
Services cannot be archived if they are part of a package or membership. Archiving a package will not affect the services within it.
Unarchive services and packages
- Desktop
- Mobile
To unarchive a service or package:
- Open the Catalog and select Service menu.
- Click on Filters from the search bar.
- Under Status, select Archived and Apply.
- Click on the three dots next to the archived service or package and select Unarchive.
- Select Unarchive to reconfirm.
To unarchive a service or package:
- Open the Catalog and select Service menu.
- Tap on Filters from the search bar.
- Under Status, select Archived and Apply.
- Tap on the three dots next to the archived service or package and select Unarchive.
- Select Unarchive to reconfirm.
Services that haven't been booked in the last year will be automatically archived. You can easily unarchive them anytime by clicking View more next to the archived ones in your service menu.
Deleting services and packages
Services or packages need to be archived before they can be permanently deleted from the service list.

To delete a service or package:
- Archive the service or package as described above.
- In the Service menu, select Filters from the search bar.
- Under Status, select Archived, then Apply.
- Click on the three dots next to the relevant service or package and select Permanently delete.
- Select Delete all to reconfirm.
To delete a service or package:
- Archive the service or package as described above.
- In the Service menu, select Filters from the search bar.
- Under Status, select Archived, then Apply.
- Tap on the three dots next to the relevant service or package and select Permanently delete.
- Select Delete all to reconfirm.
Deleting a package will not affect the services included in it.
