A personal one-to-one aromatherapy session is designed to help you practically and effectively use aromatherapy and essential oils as a supportive and natural approach to various life challenges in day-to-day life.
The session will begin with a detailed consultation, which will help us identify the issues that need support. This will help me select the essential oils most beneficial to you and how best you can use them in your day-to-day. Then, with my support, you will choose between a selection of therapeutic oils to create a roller bottle, diffuser blend, or personal inhaler.

Treatment aims to release blocked energy in the face (and body), creating a positive flow and thus restoring an overall sense of health and wellbeing. Helping with not only physical, but also emotional and spiritual wellbeing, the treatment aims to support energetically,meaning it can be useful in helping people suffering with a wide range of conditions where anxiety, stress, fatigue, and brain fog play a role. As a fusion of energetic healing along with facial techniques rooted in TCM, treatment is entirely customised for each client.

EnerQi facial rejuvenation

A wonderfully gentle therapy that could almost be considered a mixture of Energy Work and Acupuncture (without the needles), combined with additional techniques, creates a synergy that allows the body to release. We use Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Theory to understand what's happening in the body. Release? Release what? Well, we often find in the first session a lifetime of stress being held in the body, that the client didn't even realize was there.  Gentle Release therapists use energy skills to find areas that need attention and are trained to know when it's time to move to the next area or technique. After treatments, clients often feel lighter in both the head and abdomen and will very often be so relaxed they go and take a much-needed nap, or be so energised they get loads of work done that they have been struggling with for ages!
