I had such a lovely first appointment with Crystal. She is great at explaining each step of the process, and her bed is super comfy. This was the first time I haven’t had any stingy or discomfort from a lash lift and tint. And my brow waxing wasn’t painful at all. She’s meticulous with detail and my brows and lashes are stunning.
