The haircut my husband got made him look 10 years younger. My hair which usually quite hard to style and cut was good beyond my expectations. We come from 5 hrs away to repeat our quality expecriences with the senior hair stylist here.

I usually have quite awkward experiences at hair salons, but at Kroz hair salon, I was happily accommodated for in a professional and comfortable way! With a gender non-conforming haircut, its also quite awkward asking for what I want in both salons and barbershops, but Kristy was very lovely and made sure that I was happy with my haircut throughout the whole session! My haircut with Annalie today was nothing short of incredible, I walked in with a rough idea of what I wanted and in Annalie’s incredibly capable skilled hands I walked out happier than I could have imagined! I absolutely loved my experience here! Jade is a very masterful stylist who understood what colour style I wanted, and even when the bleach didn’t seem to lift evenly due to a previous dye application, she helped me with other options. I have this beautiful blue-black to indigo gradient on my hair now that looks so stunning! Will definitely come back in the future

My hairdresser (Nanami san ) was polite, mannerism for customer service was efficient. She gave me some advice if I do hair colouring at home and explained to me importance of nourishment of my hair. Also, on leaving, she walked me to the door as appreciation. Both cutting and shampooing hair were excellent. Only minor thing was, if the hairdresser explained to me about shampooing before my haircut, the customer would be more assured. (Depends on the hairdresser, they do shampoo before or after haircut). However, overall, I am satisfied with Nanami san's haircut. Thank you.ななみさん、ありがとうございました。

I’ve been seeing Chelsea’s since the beginning of my hair journey (nearly 4 years) and she consistently exceeds my expectations, always leaving my hair looking amazing and feeling incredibly healthy. She’s very experienced and gives great advice on how to keep hair healthy and strong. Whether it’s a bleach, colour dye, cut or style I’m confident knowing my hair is in Chelsea’s hands. I couldn’t imagine leaving my hair in the hands of any other stylist !

Amazing haircut this afternoon by Kristen. She cut my long thick hair to shoulder length layers. Kristen curled my hair a few weeks ago also. She is so talented, listens to exactly what I want and so quick, I’m always short for time she has me in and out in no time. I’ve found my new hairdresser, where have you been all my life. What a wonderful and calm place to get a haircut. I’ve been going here since the beginning of this year and getting my hair cut and coloured by Sae Mi and have always left feeling so happy with the end result. It’s a very clean and calm salon and not overstimulating at all. So happy I finally found a hairdresser that I can keep going back to.

The Hair dresser took her time with my daughter who was very shy, making sure she was comfortable with everything that was happinging. When hair dryer noises were getting too much she asked the other hairdresser to please change hair dryers and move a little further away which helped my daughter feel at easy. Thank you for making my daughter feel welcome, understood and cared for. She absolutely loves her new haircut and tinsel, she stopped and looked at herself in every reflection we passed. Also Thank you to the other hairdresser and their client for moving away, it was very appreciated.
