Really good massage and technique. The space is comfortable too as I was a bit apprehensive being within the gym but the space was set up very well. Will definitely return!

Training for more than 20yrs but I found Matt 1 year ago. Disappointed that I didn’t find Matt sooner as I wouldn’t have wasted so many years doing the wrong things! Not only changed my body composition but undid all my bad habits, corrected my form so I now train without getting injured and also hit the correct targeted muscle for the exercise being executed. An absolute investment worth spending on yourself. He’s a man mountain who knows his craft and practice what he preaches. Super friendly and very approachable.

Charity gave me really good insight into proper meal portioning, nutrition surrounding training, and the hands-on approach was super beneficial.

We did the full Rejuvenate Protocol and had fantastic experience! We weren't quite sure what to expect on our first visit, but we can confidently say we'll be back. Highly recommend The Recovery Culture to anyone looking to recover, recharge, or simply invest in their wellbeing.

Lived it! Got so much out of it! I was telling a friend, I lived thwt I didnt have to write the intake form but Cam took great notes assessment and passed them on Nick and then we did the treatment. It glowed nicely! And then the fascia work really helped remove my hip and SIJ pain and now i have specific exercises to work with. Thank you!

Excellent the place is amazing. So good for recovery nice and close to home as well and have certainly got lots of different options from coal plunge traditional sauna infrared and compression votes. it’s got a great atmosphere friendly staff. Highly recommend it.

Had a great experience at Valhalla Fitness & Massage. She was very skilled and professional, with great conversation throughout the session. She did an awesome job loosening up my lower back, glutes and hamstrings, and I felt a lot better afterwards. Highly recommend!

I had such a lovely experience and would definitely recommend! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. She took the time to understand my needs, making the massage feel personalised. The cosy wood fire, heated massage table and calming scents created a relaxing atmosphere. The hot stone massage was amazing, easing my tight gym-weary muscles while still being deeply relaxing. I’ll definitely be booking another session!

Traditional sauna and ice bath were amazing! Great facilities, friendly service. Also tried the ornate books and they really helped with my muscle recovery. I will be back!

Highly recommend for anyone recovering from surgery. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived and immediately knew I was in experienced, professional hands. Her knowledge of post-operative recovery and lymphatic drainage was outstanding, and she made the entire experience both reassuring and effective.

Great workout when personal training this morning with Joe. Joe is the owner of the gym and is very focussed on all of his clients when 'p/t'. My strength and muscle mass has improved over the years training with Joe and then undertaking personal training at Natural Strength. Strength training helps the mind and ensures happiness. Amazing service, Yuliya is so knowledgeable and was able to answer ever question I had. Easy to book online, car park underground and straight up the lift. Great on a rainy day! I’ve only had a couple of treatments at Leredd but I have bought the quad mini device for home. My sleep has really improved and the recovery after exercise and also pain from my recent surgery has also decreased. Looking forward to seeing continued reduction in pain in the coming weeks!

Vitality 4U is a fantastic health and recovery space. Its delightful fit out and welcoming crew explained their many options very well. We felt super comfy trying everything and the result did not disappoint- we felt super relaxed and rested. Love that it’s a local business that’s making recovery accessible for many.
