Training for more than 20yrs but I found Matt 1 year ago. Disappointed that I didn’t find Matt sooner as I wouldn’t have wasted so many years doing the wrong things! Not only changed my body composition but undid all my bad habits, corrected my form so I now train without getting injured and also hit the correct targeted muscle for the exercise being executed. An absolute investment worth spending on yourself. He’s a man mountain who knows his craft and practice what he preaches. Super friendly and very approachable.

I've been seeing Zen for over two years now and it has been a game changer for my recovery as a pro boxer. He doesn't just make you feel good he also has a wealth of knowledge that he shares with you. I recently saw Charli too and he was great, very accommodating with my injury. Sophie was amazing! She listened to all of my concerns and knew exactly what my body needed. She found all of my tight spots and trigger points and really helped relieve the tension. As a runner and someone training for HYROX, my body gets very tight, and I left feeling so much better. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Sophie!

I would highly recommend Fice Recovery. The Facilites, staff were amazing. Best sauna and ice bath I have tried. Will defiantly come again when visiting Gold Coast.

Highly recommend for anyone recovering from surgery. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived and immediately knew I was in experienced, professional hands. Her knowledge of post-operative recovery and lymphatic drainage was outstanding, and she made the entire experience both reassuring and effective.

Great workout when personal training this morning with Joe. Joe is the owner of the gym and is very focussed on all of his clients when 'p/t'. My strength and muscle mass has improved over the years training with Joe and then undertaking personal training at Natural Strength. Strength training helps the mind and ensures happiness. Whatever age you are, come in and be stronger and happier. Wendy

Amazing service, Yuliya is so knowledgeable and was able to answer ever question I had. Easy to book online, car park underground and straight up the lift. Great on a rainy day! I’ve only had a couple of treatments at Leredd but I have bought the quad mini device for home. My sleep has really improved and the recovery after exercise and also pain from my recent surgery has also decreased. Looking forward to seeing continued reduction in pain in the coming weeks!

I’ve been seeing Jase for the past 6 months and every massage has been excellent. His technique feels like the perfect mix of deep tissue massage and physio. He finds and works out the knots really well. I would highly recommend if you’re after a massage focused on recovery, Jase would have to be one of the best in Perth.

I booked the 90-minute Deep Tissue Massage with Casey, and next time I'll definitely be booking longer! The massage was incredibly deep, thorough, and exactly what I was looking for. Casey has a real passion for helping people, and it shows in the care and effort he puts into every treatment. I can't wait to watch this young man's skills continue to grow with more experience and training. If this is the standard now, I can only imagine how good he'll become. Highly recommended if you enjoy a firm, therapeutic massage.

I can’t recommend P.W.N. highly enough. I originally started after a back injury caused by heavy lifting at the gym, on the recommendation of my chiropractor—and it’s honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my recovery and overall health. Charity gave me really good insight into proper meal portioning, nutrition surrounding training, and the hands-on approach was super beneficial.

War is an excellent therapist. The massage was amazing and he gave some great post-massage exercises to work on to help continue the treatment. War is very knowledgeable and sincere in his work.
