What can I say, "absolutely amazing & a real pleasure from start to finish" Honestly recommended Malissa a thousand times over. Professional every second never felt anything at all have had lashes top & bottom, brow wax & tint. Been having treatments all over for last 30years, can honesty say know that I will be seeing Malissa at Shapers for the foreseeable future. Hand on heart a very talented special young lady indeed. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
