What can I say, "absolutely amazing & a real pleasure from start to finish" Honestly recommended Malissa a thousand times over. Professional every second never felt anything at all have had lashes top & bottom, brow wax & tint. Been having treatments all over for last 30years, can honesty say know that I will be seeing Malissa at Shapers for the foreseeable future. Hand on heart a very talented special young lady indeed. I had an excellent experience with Jodie The lash treatment was amazing, Jodie really took the time to choose and apply lashes that suited my eye shape perfectly. Im impress with her attention to detail, and I felt so comfortable throughout the whole appointment. FANTASTIC, customer service warm, professional, and personalised. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
