Wonderful experience here. I feel comfortable, calm and still. I would recommend this to absolutely everyone, particularly if you have a heard time quieting your mind. It makes you feel like a new person! I would like to suggest the offering of dressing gowns and flip flops/slides to guests, to increase the comfort and spa-like experience.

I visited the floating spa with a friend. It was a truly special experience. We had no idea what to expect, we were made so welcome, and everything was explained to us. Taking time in the relaxation area before your session starts is encouraged and is such a calming environment. The floating experience is a must for everyone. I have never felt so relaxed, and couldn’t believe how much tension my body was holding on too. I felt amazing afterwards and we have booked our next visit already!

Amazing Massage as always. The spa is clean and covid secure, which put me at ease. The deep tissue massage will leave you feeling brand new. Much needed after months of working from home. Highly recommend Tuk, she was fantastic and checked in me throughout the massage.

Nav (owner, operator) consistently exceeds expectations. Competitive pricing, consistent (and clean) amenities, comprehensive introductions for newcomers, and a calm relaxing space to unwind afterwards. It might be the only place to float in Birmingham City Centre but if it wasn’t it would probably still be the best! If you’ve gotten used to floating in the isopod in other spas around the world, you’ll be pleased with floating here!

Yesterday I had a very relaxing shoulder and back massage. My masseur Nudy was both professional and pleasant. She made me feel comfortable throughout the session. I would definitely recommend King Thai Therapy to anyone who is looking for a varirty of different message package to tailor to their needs. I have already booked my next visit with Nudy and will make this a regular part of my self care routine.

This was my second time here and on both occasions I have visited with someone new introducing them to a float tank too. I like the vibe and ambience here and I gotta say, the floating spa allows me to chill at a level that doesn't exist elsewhere. This is a great experience.

I love this place. Total escapism and relaxation, and although ‘only an hour’ it feels like I’ve had the most restful sleep for a week solid. I recommend the floating spa to anyone who just needs that little boost or reset from modern life.

First visit to the Floating Spa earlier today and had a wonderful experience! Nav talked me through everything I needed to know before I floated and answered any questions that I had to quash any possible problems. Cant recommend it enough and felt totally relaxed 😌 following the hour of total removal from the world! Thanks Nav and have already booked my 2nd float 🌞🌞

My massage therapist was highly skilled and attentive, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences before the session began. Will definitely visit again!

Nudy was amazing! I feel like a brand new woman! The spa was very clean, warm and had such a lovely ambience! The girls were do friendly and put me at ease straightaway! Thank you so much!

It was my first time attending for a massage and I had the therapist Sophie. I’ve been to loads of spas but this was the best message I’ve ever had. I had the Thai relaxing massage, which was the perfect pressure! Would definitely recommend!

Spa and massage Experience was very good. 5 star for Nina. Booking process was very tedious. Received several emails and phone calls for confirmation and reconfirmation. Then they called to reschedule my original appointment which was fine but then the booking details had to be filled in again. Then again I got a call for rereconfirmation an hour before the appointment. I had already reconfirmed. After the appointment, I got a call to check if I am attending the appointment which was preponed by them! Where is the coordination? The excellent services but not good admin so giving four stars.

Excellent service....

Amazing time at the floating spa. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and ensures your comfort throughout the entire experience. My booking was at 1pm and although I wasn't in the pod until roughly 1:40 my hour didn't start until I was in already. The facilities are delightful and very homey, and you're given plenty of time to adjust and decompress in solitude while the entire building save the reception area is left to you alone.
